Good drinks, nice staff. Has some seating available. Place is a bit disorganized, lots of cluttering. Really takes away from experience. Would suggest to work on decor other than that it’s a nice place to get a good drink.

Best Dang Gone Place To Afford Milk ? Tea ? In San Francisco & A Few But Great Varieties to choose from. My Personal Favorite Is The Alien Tonic ?. Mmmm Taste just like Sprite. In Fact it is Sprite. But a with a Sweet & Bursting Kick Of Refreshing Taste ?Kid-friendliness: Nice Little Kids section over in the corner of the Milk Tea store where the children can color in the whiteboard & etc little toys and such

Took 55 minutes for one boba drink and they still got the order wrong. They kept saying 5 more minutes over and over again which turned into almost an hour. Terrible

This place is both expensive and not very good, as the milk tea tasted more artificial and the boba was on the harder side. The service was also a bit slow. However, the location is convenient and the vibe was clean and had some chairs and tables to sit. Overall: 2/5

They're supposed to give you 10% off when you pay cash. Mango slush is $6.50+$0.50 for boba=$7.60 w/tax. I asked the girl about it and she said yes it's discounted. Well, no it's not. And I wasn't going to fight her for $0.70. Stupid me even tipped. Ugh. I hate feeling ripped off. I'm never going there again.Edit: Quick response from the owner is much appreciated.

Wish there was a way to order in advance, but apps don’t work and the website doesn’t allow ordering at this location, and there is no phone number. Also wish they had a basic classic milk tea option on the menu because it’s time consuming to modify the “boba crush” each time.

Milk Tea Lab has Quick service, all your favorite drinks, and great location near so many other good restaurants on Irving. Stop by before or after a meal! I opted for my go to mango green tea and was feeling edgy so I added peach as well. This was an excellent choice and I would get this again in a heartbeat. Boba was large and chewy, but slightly not enough in this drink and I ran out quicker than I would've hoped. I would like to come back and try some of their specials as it seems like that would set them apart from say a Tpumps type boba shop. My friend got a mango smoothie with no boba and said he enjoyed it but I honestly don't know how much I trust his opinion. But if you just want a smoothie then go for it!

That same space in Irving of Inner Sunset had such good fro-yo desserts with a chunky piece of honeycomb on top. Sadly, it's now replaced with a bubble tea shop called Milk Tea Lab. Looks like we all get used to change since we mostly checked in new places, posted photos, and wrote reviews. Having good bubble tea drinks is better than nothing. So I thought I would give this bubble tea shop a try.Any weird experiment or crazy concoctions in the Milk Tea Lab? No surprises here. Just another same old ingredients used to make good bubble teas. Alien Tonic? Good space age name given to an artificial green apple food coloring. I could just settle for Matcha. But wait! There's one with honey black pearls and the other with red beans. Neither. I love my full matcha green tea when it's both unsweetened and bitter. Thus, I chose the winner, Strawberry Mojito tonic. This special drink must have enough ice and sugar. My topping will definitely be the lychee jelly, which was in the red element section of the periodic table. What I also liked about this special drink was the mint leaves, which were edible. The next time I come to Milk Tea Lab, I choose to customize my drink instead. The interior sure looks the same ever since I have had my fro-yo sundae. The service here turned out A-OK. Cheers to their promising effort. (UwU)6

I've only ordered their drinks through ubereats/post mates. Second time and I think this may be our current favorite spot! We've tried theStrawberry mojito- fizzy. Refreshing. And who doesn't like lychee jelly? Yes it's not your typical drink but I thought it was good. SpongeBob - this was nice! We love fruity drinks and this one hit the spot and was refreshing. Pineapple and mango bits. I think there's no tea/caffeine in this one.mango sago- husband's go to choice for all boba places. solidtaro milk tea- I love it! real taro bits, doesn't taste artificial. love it with the crystal boba. a favorite for me!our new go-to choice!
