Milkbomb Ice Cream is a weekend-only hotspot worth the wait. Their handcrafted ice creams and pastries are uniquely flavored and absolutely delicious. Be prepared for a wait as they only open for 3.5 hours on weekends, but it's worth it. Try their signature milkbomb sandwiches, like the Manila Mango or Biscoff/Cookies & Cream, which melt in your mouth and are super flavorful. The ube ice cream is the best. The birthday cake and black raspberry chip ice cream flavors were good. The lemon custard was delicious. They have a cool concept of ice cream sandwiches where the ice cream is sandwiched between a donut. The chocolate cinnamon, birthday cake, cookies and cream and lychee ice cream flavors were a standout. The flavors were balanced and not too sweet. The friendly staff and amazing treats make it all worthwhile.
