In need of an afternoon pick-me-up, I stopped by at this place and ordered the signature lemon burst with green tea and boba pearls. The tea was delicious, and the pearls were sweet and chewy. The only thing I wish they did differently was remove the lemon seeds, as I kept getting them in my mouth when I took sips and had to spit them out. Overall good option for fruit tea though.

Boba was slightly too chewy for my taste but otherwise the drinks were great! Oreo creme brûlée was delicious and super filling. Oolong crema was yummy and tea was strong. The barista seemed very nice too.

I was in a rush, needing to eat something. The people were very nice. I ordered a crepe and a black tea with red bean (no more bobba ?) I noticed later there was milk in it (I did not want milk as my body don't like it). My mistake in ordering (I hate ordering via a machine)? Or theirs? I don't know. It was good from a taste perspective. The crepe was good also.

This review is for their A+ customer service! I got a Mango drink from their top 10 menu and not even a few sips in I spilled my drink. I was so sad! The lady at the front who made my drink immediately came out to help clean it, I did my best to clean it too I felt so bad! After she offered to make me another one! I told her it was totally fine it was my fault she didn't have to but she did anyway! I was so touched by her kind gesture. Not many people act like that these days and her kindness gave me faith in humanity! What an incredible person! Not only are their drinks really good, the people who work there are even better! Thank you for the wonderful customer service I won't forget and I hope you guys get more customers! You guys deserve it! Thank you! 10 stars!!!!

Love their sago here- small space, not much indoor seating- a quick pick up and go (or can order online)- usually only have 1 person there so be patient- can't go wrong with their drinks and food

Bought my daughter an egg puff Oreo crunch. She says it's not a traditional soft serve - tastes more like ice cream, but it's still yummy. Decent service in a tiny well lit shop with posters and order screens. Besides drinks and soft serve, they also have Spam musubi.
I had an incredible experience at Milktopia! Their boba, egg waffles, and fruit tea are beyond amazing. The flavors are a taste explosion! The service was exceptional- the staff is friendly and attentive. Milktopia has set a high standard in the world of boba and fruit tea. I'll be coming back for sure and recommending it to everyone I know!!!
I got their number one drink (Mango Pomelo Sago) since I love the one from Yifang, but it didn't really live up to my expectations! Maybe I'd come back and try other things next time, but not get this one. The menu is pretty extensive, and there's also food and snacks. The drink was really pricey too ($9!!) and they wouldn't help me split it into two cups but still sold me a cup and lid for $0.25 haha.

Newbie popped in for a boba drink on Taraval Street. Location is clean, bright and welcoming. Counter person was nice, gracious and helpful. Usually go for a passion fruit tea with boba but was transfixed by the Taro Milk Tea w/ boba. The lid is quaint with a little on/off cap that fits the straw. Loved the tea, not too sweet with that toasty taro flavor! Will be back when in the neighborhood to try the rest of the drink menu!Taraval Street is rife with road construction at this end. Parking is doable if challenging under these circumstances. Try to travel on Ulloa to get back/forth to the businesses on Taraval. The Taraval Street merchants need customer support during this construction period.

I recently discover a milk tea/ snack store in my neighborhood. They have milk tea, soft ice cream, egg puff waffle and musubi. The egg puff waffle was a delightful surprise. Crispy on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside, it was the perfect companion to my milk tea. they have so many selection for the milk tea. and they offer a wide range of flavors and customizable options to suit my taste.
