Group of four, we got the Mini Pan Fried Pork Bun with Soda (*drink, soy milk); pork, Mushroom and shepherd's purse wonton (soup form); steamed soup Xiao Long Bao (XLB); Chinese burrito with beef and shredded pork, no cilantro; Wagyu dumpling; Beancurd jelly, sweet.
I didn't like the soy milk and beancurd jelly because we needed to add sugar ourselves and both drink and dessert was cold so how would the sugar even melt? I don't think I liked the shepherd's purse...but everything else was good! I highly recommend getting the Chinese burrito with beef and shredded pork! Eat immediately if you took it to go so the crunchy middle is crunchy!
The staff was nice and pleasant. They asked what we would like to order a bit before we could sit (we were waiting for a table to be cleaned). The place felt small and cozy but the wait wasn't that bad, about 20-minutes with three other groups in front of us. It really depends on when you arrive.

You can't go wrong with Mini Potstickers. Since I moved to the area 4 months ago, it has been a go-to for weeknight dinners.

It is a small place with only a few tables. They make the mini potsticker right at the window. The food is very good, but the choices of the menu are limited.

Superb mini potstickers with great flavors and filled with juices like slb! But these are fried and is the best thing going at this restaurant. We also got the 3 flavors dumplings which were good but not great. The braised beef noodle soup was very good with homemade noodles and such great tender beef! The broth was good but a bit one dimensional. They do give you a lot! Service was excellent as we came by for a late lunch and there was no wait. Next time we’ll try the Dan Dan noodles.

Yooo I WISH I knew about this place earlier cause it's lit! There's a good amount of tables inside. Our server was helpful with us suggesting us some dishes and being energetic overall. Everything tasted incredible and I would reorder the sweet tofu soup, and try out all the other styles they have for that. The sweet and sour soup is also quite good.
I think their pancake/crepe wraps are pretty unique so go ahead and try that out too.
Picked up my pal Ggohibli Aäkoombaba at his place out by the sand dunes and went right past the Mini Potstickers restaurant...Wow, I've never been there before. After letting Ggohibli decide if we had time to snag some potstickers, we had to order small because he had to be at the Shaveitbald Center for the Kinky Arts Award Show at 6pm to accept the Best of Show award from Anaconda John for his outstanding performance at the Long Shot Derby up in Guerneville.
Man-O-Man those Potstickers were Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Came here on a Sunday afternoon during our Crosstown walk. We only needed to wait 10 minutes for a table for two.
We ordered mini pan-fried pork buns and Sichuan hot & spicy dumplings.
Both dishes were tasty. The pan-fried pork buns were very juicy and went well with a little chili oil and vinegar. The Sichuan dumplings were good, but it had a little hint of sweetness that I didn't care for. Adding a little vinegar helped eliminate the sweetness. The dumplings weren't overly spicy, but I did leave with my lips numb and tingling.
Service was fast and attentive. A great stop anytime you're on Irving!

Took 40 minutes to get a jian bing to go. Don’t bother
Warning - Waited 45 mins for a to go order for the burrito. They only have one person making them for all to go orders AND all restaurant orders. Do not go here unless you have time to waste.

The eponymous mini potstickers live up to their name. Beef noodle soup not to be missed. Cold cucumber salad is delightfully refreshing.
