Had the falafel wrap and it was full filling and the fries were top notch. Again, really good option if you’re in/near terminal 3. Located near E5.

The french toast and mission scramble were really good. Service was awesome. Food was prepared quickly. Higher priced but expected at an airport. We were happy with our meal and would eat there again.

When you pay 20.00 for 1 drink and you push it back to the bartender, you dont drink it and the bartender looks at it and you multiple times but never asks is there something wrong. They were attentive until i payed and tipped, then nothing. Maybe I am asking to much to be able to drink my drink.

I don’t know why the manager was in such a terrible mood but I saw him yell at 2 different groups/tables for no legitimate reason.

Killed my vibe, had to leave after seeing people treated like that. Uncomfortable.

I ordered my food and they saw my husband with food from another place and they didn’t let him seat even when he was planning to have drink and appetizers from the place. They wait they reached out to him was rude, they didn’t ask or talk kind to him. They just yelled from other far away. Bad customer service and manager didn’t have good management of situation. I canceled my order. I understand why their reviews are bad!

The manager the dude with nepoleon complex is so rude. My wife and I were politely sitting down and he starts yelling at us and told us to leave. Do not reccomend this place to anyone ever. Avoid this resturuant at all cost there is a taco place right next door that is way better than dealing with these rude people at mission

The service at this restaurant was outstanding! We flew
Out on an early flight on a Sunday morning and was surprised and delighted by both the friendly staff and the wonderful food! I highly recommend.

Yum, large falafel wrap that will leave you full. You can add avocado, grilled onions, and jalapeño. Staff was super friendly. Vegan options clearly labeled

Asked the host for a table by the window and away from the noise of the concourse. He seemed annoyed but agreed. There were only large tables at the window but the restaurant was mostly empty. Still he refused to let me sit at the window and put me at a small table next to the large table. Then, moments later he seated a large noisy family at that table between me and the window. They had blaring tablets and young children. I got up and moved on my own. It would be one thing if there was a large crowd but it's 8pm on a Sunday night. A little kindness goes along way but overt hostility is just bad business.

Of course it’s expensive because it’s a sit- down restaurant in SFO airport. But even so, the food was delicious. The cheesesteaks were cooked just right and the bread was nice and soft. The chicken tenders had good flavor. And the French fries were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this place. Fast service too!
