I met the owner about 6 months ago at a community meeting. I live in the portola and and today my husband and I stopped in. The staff were so friendly! Loved the goods for sale by local artists. I bought a streetcar graphic by thirst and thrive. The latte was delicious! The SFFD showed up and they were lovely to talk with and they said it's their favorite cafe. wonderful little coffee shop with great coffee, pastries, and local art! the baristas were lovely and the vanilla latte was absolutely delicious. as a self-proclaimed european pastry snob, I’d give the almond croissant an 8/10 and the latte an 11.3/10. such a gem in this neighborhood, definitely worth a visit!
