Came in late on a Wednesday and got the chana palak, dahl ghost, vegetable momos, and garlic naan. We asked for the two main dishes to be extremely spicy (which usually elicits a something with a sad, mild burn at most SF restaurants) and they actually brought the heat!! Spice level aside, they were also just absolutely delicious. So glad we wandered in. This place has fantastic food, friendly service, and lovely atmosphere--this is our new favorite spot!

Visited Mission Curry House on Sunday at noon for lunch. We were the only customers, yet service was surprisingly slow.
Ordered Vegetable Pakora, Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Shank, and Jeera Rice. Started with complimentary thin chips and red/green sauces which were a nice touch.
The standout dish was the Lamb Shank - very flavorful sauce, tender meat, and generous portion.
The Jeera Rice was nicely prepared with turmeric for good color and flavor....

however GF naan is absolutely not safe for celiac. I've tried on three different occasions and suffered gluten exposure symptoms three times. very tasty though.
if they can start preparing their GF naan in a safe way without contamination id come here all the time.
