I visited Mission Rock Resort while traveling in San Francisco, and it was such a great experience. The oysters were some of the best I’ve ever had – super fresh and full of flavor. The rest of the seafood was also delicious and well prepared.
What I loved most was the view over the water. It’s the kind of place where you can just relax, enjoy the food, and take in the atmosphere. Whether you come for a casual lunch or something more special, it feels perfect.
If you’re visiting San Francisco and want amazing seafood with a beautiful waterfront view, Mission Rock Resort is definitely worth a stop.

Food is excellent and generous. Chef is creative and knowledgeable. Plenty of drink choices. Right on water. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Came here for happy hour - oysters were fine, but I’ve had better happy hour oysters for similar price points (e.g., Waterbar). The location is great with lots of outdoor seating, but the reserved outdoor seating is significantly better than the walk-in outdoor seating. Overall decent experience, but not sure I would make the trek all the way back.

Everything is pretty overpriced even for west coast standards… you’re paying a premium for the view, I suppose. Food is good, cocktails were okay… could have maybe given 4 stars but it lost the second because our waitress rushed us the entire time… and no, we didn’t stay super long, we had places to be after. From the moment we sat down, she kept trying to clear our plates mid-bite and dropped the check prematurely.. losing out on additional tips from the drinks we would have ordered.

Anna made me an amazing aperol just because I said it looked yummy great service highly recommend
I have not been here since the Chase Center has been completed- but I am happy to say it’s as good as ever! I had the dungeness crab sandwich for lunch and although it is pricey it’s worth it! The amount of crab on the toasted brioche was good, and the sauce is on the side. Perfect. It also came with a generous sized salad and fries. Worth it. Of course you can’t beat the location sitting bay-side. Good stuff!

We stopped here after our flight to San Fran and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food and ambiance was great, we got the burger and the ahi tuna bowl, which was a very generous portion. Alexandrea was a wonderful server and very attentive and friendly.

Beautiful location and views. Quiet when we went, but good vibe. Seemed like a lot of locals here.

This was another great pit stop right before going to a concert at the Chase Center.

Great view. Service was terrible. Food is extremely over priced. Do not get the crab sandwich for 40 bucks. Its just a big piece of brioche and a sprinkle of cold crab. Fish tacos were very bland and scampi was very lemony.
