First time coming here and I was prepared for a huge line but we walked in and got to order immediately which was awesome lol the ice cream is great quality and there are so many flavors to choose from. The Thai tea flavor was so good

Mitchell’s Ice Cream is absolutely worth the hype! Yes, the wait can be long, but trust me, it’s 100% worth it. Curtis took our order, and his incredible customer service made the experience even better—friendly, attentive, and just an all-around great guy.

I ordered the Grasshopper, and let me tell you, it was so delicious I can still taste its minty, chocolatey goodness as I write this review. Every bite was perfection!

A heads-up: parking can be tricky due to the area’s foot traffic, so plan to spend some extra time finding a spot and waiting in line. But once you take that first bite, you’ll forget about all of that. Highly recommend Mitchell’s for anyone looking for amazing ice cream and top-notch service!

Umm…drove up and got parking right in front!!!! Went in and tore off a number and only had to wait 10 people!! This was a winning Mitchell’s trip! My server was adorable and kind and patient. We love adding hot fudge to any flavor of ice cream. Please go if you are visiting the city!

They only gave me a little bit of ice cream they didn’t fill it up all the way if I’m going yo pay money for a half a pint I should get the full service

Mitchell's has not changed one bit & that is to everyone's benefit. Great ice cream, great service! We got pistachio, rocky road & rum raisin. All wonderful!

Great range of flavours including seasonal ones such as eggnog. They were very good about getting me a fresh order when one of the flavours was wrong. Ice cream was top notch.

my favorite ice cream spot in the city (maybe ever?)

I had a two scoop chocolate ice cream banana split with hot fudge nuts whipped cream and cherries and it was possibly the best one I ever had in my life. I went in the middle of the afternoon because the lines are too long in the evening. Good ice cream.
