Talk about dessert! It's my first time being here, and yes, I'll be back! They had so many options to choose from! And the prices were reasonable! The staff were helpful and friendly! Which is always a plus! Clean, and I loved how they had different snacks you could also buy! They smelled so good; if I hadn't just finished eating, I definitely would have tried them out as well!

Monica was very sweet and accommodating to my family and myself. Although my brother was a little much, Monica helped us without any hesitation to our 1million samples. Mitchell's ice cream is a SF staple that will never die. Rain or shine, you need to come and try this local ice creamery.

Ice cream is pretty good, but it’s always busy and poorly organized. They should have a line because what happens is you pick a number and when they call you after 20/30 minutes, you have to wade through hundreds of people to try to decide on your flavors. Good product, but have to fix the purchasing experience

The food (ice cream) is the best in all the West! Tons of flavors and extra friendly service! I can't really address the ambiance because the place is so small and they manage the crowd very well. We are always ordering the larger tubs for weekly family gatherings and everyone is

Lots of flavors to choose from and speciality flavors always coming in throughout the seasons. Line is usually always long around nighttime so make sure to spare 15-25 minutes to waiting, most likely outside since the inside space is a bit cramped. Though it is a very cute store in a nice part of town. Their parking is sparse so be prepared to park on the street near the homes next to it.

Flavors were a hit or miss. Coconut pineapple was nice and delicate, not much flavor though. Mango tasted very generic artificial grocery store. Dulche de leche was pretty awesome and probably the best out of all the flavors. Triple chocolate was pretty good too, a bit too heavy on the chocolate. Halo halo was an utter disappointment, I don’t understand the hype. The ube in the halo halo was the only saving grace, the shave ice wasn’t even shaved properly and my friend got brain freeze from all the ice. He ultimately threw it away.

This was the longest I've ever queued for ice cream, which is saying something because this girl can sustain some serious minutes in the name of a good scoop. We joined the hordes of people a little after 9:30 PM on Friday night. It had been an unexpectedly warm spring day, which probably inspired a lot of people to seek out frozen dessert that evening. After about an hour--yes, an hour--our ticket was called at 10:38 PM. The servers are kind of hilariously disorganized but sweet and helpful all the same. You can sample flavors and get a split scoop. I think they could probably move the line faster if they had a different er....operation....Just saying. So we waited an hour for ice cream. Was it worth it? Not so much, but I just really wanted ice cream. The flavors at a few other SF spots are a bit more elevated and refined, but I did still enjoy my Young coconut scoop, dipped in a generous casing of chocolate. I think this is one of those tick-off-your-bucket-list spots, but I'm not sure that I'd prioritize it over the ice cream spots, especially when the wait could just about give you varicose veins.

Amazing Ice Cream! If it is a hot day, go with lots of time. Several flavors, you will find your jam....
