Really good and quick service for a birthday dinner. The pastry of the empanadas was amazing and the bolitas with chorizo were really good too.

I went with a friend for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly service. The food was all delicious though theirs de Gallina was too dry for my taste.

I made a dinner reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday & Mochica did not disappoint! The casual fun atmosphere was perfect for the four of us & we were seated on time. Our server, was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful in ordering. We all enjoyed the pisco Sours to start, and an eclectic selection of a delicious appetizers and entrees We enjoyed the crispy yuca chips, and an order of tasty homemade empanadas: chicken, beef & mushroom, followed by cooked Baby octopus with purple mashed potato, chimichurri sauce , salsa criolla, the delicious Pescado a lo Macho, a Seafood bouillabaisse, pan roasted fresh Salmon, Chupe sauce, coconut rice. In all it was a fabulous feast of flavors. and we were treated to dulce de Leche cookies with a candle for our birthday celebration- Cannot wait to return for another memorable meal!

The atmosphere was pleasant and the space felt clean, but unfortunately the food fell short. My party of five unanimously agreed it was surprisingly bland, something I've never experienced at a Peruvian restaurant before. From a dry pollo a la brasa, to a flavorless ceviche, and chewy anticuchos, the dishes were disappointing overall.

Space is bright and clean but fun. We told our server about a food allergy and he was so helpful, constantly touching base about what could and couldn't be eaten. Been a very long time since we had such warm and helpful service. Shame that's not more common! Fantastic food, interesting without being weird, and supremely tasty! Totally going to go back!

My new favorite Peruvian restaurant outside of Peru!! The Pisco sour was excellent, what a difference a good Pisco makes. From the classic lomo saltado with skinny fries, to a really excellent coconut milk ceviche, this took all the flavors I was craving and amped them up to 11. We had a group of 7 and everyone loved it. Vegetarian/vegan options were much appreciated!

The food was outstanding! We've loved all of the appetizers, drinks, and main dishes. Our only complaint was the noise level. We found it very difficult to have a conversation with our fellow table members.

Our server was so funny! He definitely added to our great experience. The food was delicious! The only downside was that the calamari seemed a bit too salty. Other than that, I would love to come back!
