I went with a friend for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly service. The food was all delicious though theirs de Gallina was too dry for my taste.
I made a dinner reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday & Mochica did not disappoint! The casual fun atmosphere was perfect for the four of us & we were seated on time. Our server, was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful in ordering. The atmosphere was pleasant and the space felt clean, but unfortunately the food fell short. My party of five unanimously agreed it was surprisingly bland, something I've never experienced at a Peruvian restaurant before. From a dry pollo a la brasa, to a flavorless ceviche, and chewy anticuchos, the dishes were disappointing overall.
