Food is very mediocre. Our waiter and host were nice. But rare that you get a refill on your beverages. Atmosphere is nice enough. One bathroom with a single toilet to service the entire restaurant.

Great ambiance, decor, service, and the appetizer we got was good! Mocktail options fantastic. The food, was not very good. Got lobster tacos and the lobster was like biting into straight butter. Overtook all other flavor…. Could’ve been really easy to make this dish great with less butter and more acid/heat. Ravioli filled with street corn elote…. I appreciate the ingenuity but as a Mexican woman my mom would laugh and roll her eyes so hard. The pasta was a bit chewy on those so I could only have a couple bites. Slightly disappointing since Italian-Mexican is a really wonderful concept, I think you guys are new so I hope you take the feedback bc I want to support the idea. Would try another dish probably. Good location

We hosted a private dinner for 36 guests with our business partners on Modi's heated patio, and everything went smoothly thanks to Matteo and his team. The food was delicious, the service was excellent—and we’ll definitely be back!
The chips were stale, so the first impression was pretty poor. The restaurant was packed when we went on Tuesday early evening, probably due to a conference in town, and the service was very sparse and abrupt when it did show up. There’s one (1) single use bathroom for a very large restaurant so to use the restroom you will have to wait in a long line in front of the kitchen door. The food that showed up eventually (after an hour from being sat) it was also mediocre at best, although a bit better than the stale chips provided for the table.
Would not recommend.

I think they infuse the lobster with lobster. It was flavor packed. They didn’t cover it with sauce and butter. It was outstanding.
Then beyond that the service was A1. I haven’t walked into or out of a restaurant in a while with that many greetings and farewells. Thank you to the staff there.
