I got the spicy noodles with tofu and chicken. The food was overall good, but everything was drenched in sauce, there wasn’t anything to cut into the oily sauce, so I could only eat so much. The texture was also one note, I wish there were crunchy elements in this dish, it’s supposed to have peanuts but I found only a couple pieces. I would suggest maybe adding bokchoy and more crunch toppings.
If spicy food is your jam, you must try this food truck. The quality is outstanding across the board and if you choose to upgrade the spice level they actually deliver on the heat, unlike so many other places. You order via an iPad that they place outside and pay there as well. This system works great because it easily shows you all the various ways you can customize your order.
