Monarch is a fun, intimate bar with a cool two-sided setup. One side features a live DJ and a small dance floor, definitely a lively vibe, just watch out for the step along the wall. Monarch is cool. Been to a number of events here (mostly corporate). Drinks are reasonable and the DJs are good. Some interesting entertainment at times including a trapeze swing over the main bar. Multiple rooms lend themselves to the party atmosphere.
Cool bar attached to an awesome speakeasy. The nightclub itself felt somewhat dirty and uninviting. I'd recommend spending your time and money at sister Money Loaned/Pawn Shop.
