I travel to Mongolia frequently and love Mongolian food. Whenever I travel to big cities in the U.S., I always try to find Mongolian food to try. Mongol Cafe had tasty fresh food and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to try authentic Mongolian cuisine.

I recommend the traditional Mongolian dishes, I’ve had the dumpling soup, buuz, and kotlet here and all were great! Every time I’ve gone there’s one woman working the place, she takes my order then goes to the back and makes everything from scratch.The place is also very clean, especially considering the neighborhood. They often keep the door locked so knock a few times to be let in.

Muslim, Jewish and other customers who don't eat pork, please beware that they put a little ham in one of their small side salad. Make sure to check before you eat. This is a family owned business, they serve authentic Mongolian food. They are very kind people despite some peoples perception. I am a regular customer. I eat or at least get something there at least once a day. The place is very clean in a not so clean neighborhood. Mongol cafe prices are good. You get a lot...
