I had a great time at Morella!! We went there for my best friend's 25th birthday and the service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and they not only allowed us to bring in a birthday cake, but they lit the candles for us and even cut the cake in slices for us! The appetizers were the perfect amount for the 8 of us and the main dinner meal portions were perfect. The cocktail and mocktail options were so yummy too!! 10/10 would recommend and would love to be back very soon!

Made a reservation and were promptly seated. Our server was really kind and attentive. Took her lunch during our visit, and the server covering her was just as kind and ensured all our food and drinks were promptly served. All our dishes were delicious, but our table all agreed that the braised short ribs was the best.

Everything we ordered was so tasty and filling. Plate portions were perfect too. Cutest birthday card and even a candle in our ice cream! Loved the vibe!

Really like this restaurant! I have been wanting to try it for a while and it did not disappoint! The beef empanada appetizer was so delicious as were the dipping sauces. And the carbonara pasta was incredible! This is a great place for a date night or for girls cocktail night!

Amazing food and cool ambiance. One of the best mezcal drinks I've had. The only thing I'd critique would be the bathrooms, it felt like they didn't match the restaurant and weren't really tended to.

Wonderful Christmas Eve Dinner! Thank you for the great food, and special service. We had 5 adults and 1 4year old. Both servers were attentive and very friendly.

Everything about Morella was impeccable. The friendly staff, the beautiful decor, well lit & decorated, the food, & the drinks! Literally everything. For eats, we ordered the Caesar salad, prosciutto bruschetta, garlic broccolini, midnight pasta, the crab ravioli, chicken milanesa, & the truffle fries. Everything was chef's kiss, they did not lack on anything. I'll definitely be back.. again.. & again... & again.

The food and service was excellent. The restaurant decor was beautiful for Xmas. Sly, the manager, took care of us and checked up all throughout the dinner. Will definitely return!

Good first time at this place, ordered pasta and was satisfied with it although a bit under seasoned in my opinion. Good Service as well.

Great place for a holiday dinner! Beautifully decorated with Christmas lights & there's a festive cocktail menu too. I had the boozy egg nog & boozy hot chocolate & both were delicious and I couldn't really taste the alcohol, which is dangerous but fun. We shared the bone marrow to start & I had the chicken Milanese as my entree & my friends ordered different pastas. Everything was delicious. Service was warm & helpful. Definitely make a reservation if you're coming for dinner & your party is more than 2 people. Open seating is available at the bar and you can also have a meal there too, if you don't mind eating at the bar.

We're at that age where we wish to dine in peace and be able to speak over our meal. The noise level was disturbing to the point of discomfort. As a consequence, we are not likely to return. Thank you.

Unfortunately our experience was less than positive due to the manager rushing our server to clear our table well before our allotted 1hr and 45 minute dinning time for a party of 5. Our reservation was for 6:45pm and our party was seated at 6:58pm. By 8:13pm our server had advised us that she couldn't put in another drink order, and we hadn't even been offered dessert and mind you 2 of us were still eating and only midway through our meals when we were being asked to wrap it up because they had another reservation to prepare for. We saw at least 3 empty tables with the same configuration as ours, yet somehow our group was being asked to pay the check and leave. Sadly this affected our server's tip, and left a very bad impression on our group. For a restaurant that we wouldn't even consider "fine-dinning", they sure were rude and pretentious. We could have taken our $350+ business elsewhere, but sadly this is the spot we choose to celebrate a yearly tradition because I'm half Argentinean and the menu and overall vibe caught our attention. As a San Francisco native, I'd never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food was mediocre at best - drinks were really good and our server was very nice up until she had to do her manager's dirty work while pressing us to vacate our table not once, but twice. With the plethora of options our beautiful city has to offer, I'd say you can skip Morella. There are plenty of better options out there with better customer service.

Food delicious, good service, nice ambience with all the holiday lights! Portions are small though and a bit pricey for the amount. Also I was a bit disappointed because they knew it was my husband's bday but charged us for the bday dessert!

Looks super nice on socials and their website. In person the place is cheap and cheesy. Fine as a bar but the restaurant needs to go. Service was strange with a new person coming to our table every time we needed something. Food was terrible, even the burger wasn't good. Very disappointing experience overall and we will not come back.
