Food was good.
Steak was amazing, we had ribeye 16oz boneless. It was probably one of the best i had.
Our waitress was great a loving person.
The reason my rate is low, i was there feb 15 for my girl birthday/valentines day dinner.
I have 3 restaurants and been in the business over 15 years, the place was half full, they literally sat me down to table that would be the last table to be sit, small and like on the road kinda feeling, we were two i thought they were busy and didn’t wanna ask for different table since im in the business i was easy going but then restaurant never got too full, and other parties like us got seated in a better tables and much comfortable.
Overall i didn’t feel comfortable during my dinner, good food but probably wont be back.

I was very appalled at my favorite restaurant this year upon arriving early we had to wait for our seating. Yes we had reservations. Server comes Very nice very friendly takes our order which was sparkling water and shrimp. Calibria for an appetizer we received crème brûlée for an appetizer with a dirty fork. I ordered a ribeye medium. It came beyond overcooked the carrots on the salmon dish completely raw cold & hard......a salad with no salt or pepper ,dressing....the servers move so fast your unable to even say excuse me may I please have this that the other nor do they ask you is everything on your plate OK is there anything I can grab you before I go? the knives are taken away from the table being that we had some to use something to cut the bread THAT WAS IT FOR MR!!!! My steak came the server forgot to bring out new knives he didn't return to
The table well over 10-15 minutes...so yeah, I didn't have a knife for my steak and by the time I did to get one the steak was cold so 200 bucks down the drain remind you I haven't even mentioned what happened on my birthday back in April at the Sacramento location I'm highly disappointed I'm upset and I feel people need to slow down regardless of how under pressure and busy you are. These are expensive meals. People saved to dine in places like this. My little rant is over. It's just really upsetting

The service was incredible (shoutout to Simone) and we loved the dark, steakhouse vibe. My salmon was really fishy and the veggies that came with it were pretty bland but my husband enjoyed his filet. The wedge salad was perfect and the cocktails were tasty.
Went to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday and the food was tasty (don't skip the Calabrian shrimp) service was lovely. The general manager Nick is an absolute delight! Someone get that man a raise!
The experience in the restaurant was fantastic and amazing. Our Server Symone was attentive, kind and friendly. I loved how there was a photo you can take home. I will be back again.
We had a ressie and chose the bar. Waited for menus, waited for water, waited for service. The bartender saw us sit but still we waited. Haven't been to this brand in over 15 years. Used to visit often in NYC. Saw an online special for bubbles and sliders so we decided it would be a girls night out for cocktails. Restaurant isn't gluten friendly so we had limited options and the bartender didn't seem vested in making suggestions or clarifying with the kitchen. We had the bubbles, ( presentation was fun) sliders, a salad and left. There's lots of options within walking distance. The lax attitude doesn't motivate me to spend money.
Crab was under cooked and poor consistency. Steak was fantastic as were the appetizers and sides. Good service. 5 o'clock reservation but doors were locked until 4:55. Found ourselves standing in the rain since we showed up 15 minutes prior
Beautiful restaurant! We ordered pre-dinner cocktails, and our entree order was taken as the cocktails were served. We had to ask if we could order a bottle of wine with our dinner, as the server was walking away. Our dinner was served quite fast. We were still enjoying our cocktails, but we would have liked a few more minutes, so the timing was a bit off. Also, our wine, a Rombauer cab, was presented and opened after our entrees were served. Overall, it was a beautiful dinner. Again, I just wish the timing was more concise.
Ambiance was good food was good but prices for sides are a bit steep. 8 asparagus for 15 dollars is a bit high considering they were dry.
Our waiter recommended my son's 12oz filet to be “butterfly”, instead of kept whole, otherwise he said it would take 36 minutes to make. My son requested the “butterfly” filet to be medium rare instead of medium, so that it would not be overdone, since they were going to slice it in half prior to cooking it. When the waiter brought the filet, it wasn't “butterfly”, as he had suggested, and when my spouse pointed that out, the waiter argued with my spouse and never once apologized for the error. Everything went downhill after that. Our meal took over 2 hours and most likely would have taken longer had I not demanded the check and told them I was leaving. What a horrible experience!

I have been a loyal Morton's customer for over 25 years. This NYE experience was a bit disappointing from the lack of friendliness at the host stand to some of the food, to an inexperienced server. The steak was good and the side corn was very good. Other than that, it was a very mediocre experience.
Came for New Year's Eve dinner. What a mess. The shrimp cocktail ($27) was covered in shells and the server talked to me like I had never had shrimp cocktail before-yes, I know they have the tails on but the actual shrimp shouldn't be covered in shells. My MIL ordered a cosmo and it took 45 minutes. The baked potatoes we ordered were wrong and they forgot our mashed potatoes. We come here all the time and were really disappointed with the service
Our waiter at bar was ok.... The 2 girls took over ... we were not told of the transition. The girls were helpful... but an interruption of a smooth evening. Our potatoe arrived loaded I mean soaked in butter. I scraped off the extra butter and should have been offered a new potato. We had to await for a sharing plate as we shared dinner and should have already been in the works not last minute. So many unnecessary rough edges and we had exact same dinner in NYC Morton's... very different . And we still gave a 20%gratuity
I would love to review Morton's but I don't know what the food is like there, as our server forgot/misplaced our order, and by the time we hunted him down the kitchen was closed. On Christmas. When no other alternatives but burritos and bacon wrapped hotdogs
In diesem Ambiente ein no Go.
