This is a MUST stop whenever we come to the city!! Seriously the beef piroshki are just the absolute best! Staff is always friendly and quick. Have never had an issue when visiting. Only negative thing about this, it's not closer to home(Sac)! I know we have plenty russian stores here but this one is still my favorite!!

Like everything else, I guess, quality of food here went way down. I remember making this bakery a place to stop.every time I came to sf. Chebureki and pirozhki now have chemical and spoiled taste, Definitely not like they used to be. Atmosphere of that little joint t is still there, but not the food.

3/30/24 The Moscow & Tbilisi Bakery is absolutely outstanding! The piroshkis are the best I've ever come across anywhere (just tried the cabbage piroshki for the first time.) Yesterday, I finally got around to trying the rye bread (made without yeast) and was completely blown away! This bread has a nice outer crust, and the inside has almost a carrot cake like consistency. My parents were both Swedish immigrants, so different types of rye bread are certainly a staple in Swedish cuisine. The Georgian beef soup (Kharcho) is certainly tasty as well. Additionally, the ladies working there are very professional and kind. I'm very fortunate to have such an excellent bakery so close to home.

Amazing peroski! We love the beef ones. Good service! The kind woman double bagged our food in plastic bags surrounding the paper ones. Clean bakery. Great experience.

Good food. Multiple types of pastries. And a REAL piroshki!!! Yummy! Would be nice if this store was set up for in house dining.

Lots of choices and flavorful poroski's. Beef and cheese, mushroom and egg, and plain beef is what I had. They have many cakes and desserts to choose from. I went early in the morning...no wait, no lines. Reasonable. You get a lot for your money. Fast friendly service.

Nut sweets are quite tasty, but puff pastries supposedly made from puff pastry are not even close to puff pastry, they do not add butter and protein at least twice, butter is replaced with cheap margarine and rapeseed oil.

Best pastries ever! I love their napoleon. In the past I've tried their piroshkis and I felt sick after eating just 1. I still come here for their desserts nonetheless

The piroshki are consistently delicious.Avoid the pretty desserts because they are usually dry. Very much look but don’t touch. Still gets 5 stars because of the variety and tastiness of the piroshki.

The ultimate comfort food stop. We lived around the corner from Moscow for four years, and tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was always fresh and absolutely delish.

Delicious. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Their Piroshkis have always been my favorite but their breads and desserts are amazing too.Vegetarian options: Bakeries usually have a lot vegetarian options……Dietary restrictions: Gluten free desserts
