Bought 6 cookies with ZERO FLAVOR 2) Peanut butter 4) Milk chocolate 1) Oatmeal 1) Semi chocolate w/walnuts (BUY 3 Get 1 Free) deal. I paid $24.00 for 6 six cookies with ZERO FLAVOR/TASTE of Peanut butter and the 4 chocolate chip cookies tasted like BUTTER w/chocolate pieces, yuck 🤮 Now, the 2 FREE cookies semi chocolate w/walnuts and the Oatmel cookies haven't tried the semi chocolate, and the oatmeal was FLAVORLESS NEVER AGAIN!!! Would like to hear from Management or the Franchise Owner even better.

I love the pier I come here very often because it’s the closest place with icee I used to buy cookies but some of them sit over night because of the prices I almost bought one today but the lady who serves them was extremely rude and assumed I was trying to buy 1 small cookie telling me I can’t sell you 1 small cookie out of the blue I tried to explain my cookie choices and and she proceeded to tell me if I want one small cookie she couldn’t do it I do t know where she got the assumption from but it discouraged me from buying any cookies at all and ever again she snatched my icee and said I have a customer behind and I let her know I still wanted to purchase my icee the machine had been down every time I stopped by this week and was finally up & going when I tried to type in my code to Apple Pay she snatched my icee again I was upset at this point and let her know I have to type in my password for the system to collect pay this was a long stressful week for me so this sucked and I will never put money in there pockets again so many othe places I can go for sweet treats and I will just lay off the icees not worth my respect
