I just came in wanted hot chocolate for my son i simply asked do you sell hot chocolate. This lady was like see it written here Hot chocolate with kinda unpleasant way. I am like ok take my money and give me hot chocolate. No wonder why other places have lines and this place didn’t. LOL and the prices are higher than biscoff , trishs and Peet’s. At least have a normal attitude when you charging same or high prices.

Very disappointed. Our cookies tasted like they’d been around for a long time. At $4 per cookie, we expected much better especially since we were there around noon so they should have been fresher. The chocolate chip cookie with walnuts had very few walnuts. We were sad.

Heads up that there is a six cookie minimum for mini cookies! Very nostalgic tasting.

Bought 6 cookies with ZERO FLAVOR 2) Peanut butter 4) Milk chocolate 1) Oatmeal 1) Semi chocolate w/walnuts (BUY 3 Get 1 Free) deal.
I paid $24.00 for 6 six cookies with ZERO FLAVOR/TASTE of Peanut butter and the
4 chocolate chip cookies tasted like BUTTER w/chocolate pieces, yuck 🤮
Now, the 2 FREE cookies semi chocolate w/walnuts and the Oatmel cookies haven't tried the semi chocolate, and the oatmeal was FLAVORLESS
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Would like to hear from Management or the Franchise Owner even better.

The worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. It tasted like hot water mixed with cheap powder—no milk, no richness. It was more like dirty water than a proper drink. Don’t waste your time or money here.
