Just what I needed to get off the San Francisco streets. Barkeep was nice and got me a nice cold beer. He made an espresso martini for my sister that was stiff as all get out. It was missing some Kahlúa but he added some after she asked. Music choice was good, mood was super mellow. Def a good spot

Mark (disclaimer it could be Marc) is hopefully the best the Mucky Duck has to offer and if not certain one of the best I've ever bartenders/mixologists I've ever encountered. He was so kind and so understanding of any circumstances that befell the ladies, truly the best!!! I hope you all go if only to run into Mark!

After the Bay to Bŕeakers run on Sunday May 21, 2023 our group of eight hopped on a MUNI bus to go to the Mucky Duck. Our beer drinking friends greatly enjoyed the beer there. Food you have to get from the nearby restaurants, like the Dumpling House next door. In contrast to the dim interior of the pub, the bathroom is a stunning oasis if bright whiteness, which is nice.

Great local bar for sports and drinks. Tough pool locals as well.

Best sports bar in the Inner Sunset. Solid TV setup for sports. They got all of the sport packages. Good pool table, and a great selection of beer. Also right at the N line stop at 9th & Judah

New bartender has a real attitude issue. I go in with a group of friends every week to this place and given that I don't really drink but I always go for a water and things have always been fine. Recently, with this new guy, I ask for a water and he rolls his eyes at me. I thought it was rude but let it go. The next time this guy says I'm supposed to get something. Since when? I've never had this issue with any bar since I don't really drink, especially I'm coming in with a group of 20+ people. Again, I let it go because I'm not trying to have an issue with this guy. I come in tonight and this dude starts this up with me. I bring this up asking him what his deal is when I'm coming up with a bunch of people providing this place and he's picking an issue with me. He said this policy starts with me today. I've never heard of this before. I suggest management look into into this guy as I've never had this treatment for any other bar in the city.

Can't wait for the Mucky Duck to reopen. Setting is unbelievable and throw in a sunset at the end of the day what's not to love. Get there early for parking and hang outside until your table is ready. Food was wonderful and wait staff very accommodating. If you're ever on the island this place is not to be missed.

Feels like a classic small-town bar on the outer part of the City. Reminded this small-town kid of home. I highly recommend all stop in for a drink. Not my last time there.
