Food and service and excellent highly recommend across the board. It's family style Korean food and that's just great.

A cute mom and pop Korean restaurant that is pretty small but we were able to get seating for our party of 4 at around 5 pm on a Sunday night. The staff was so kind and helpful, always refilling our tea kettle and checking up to make sure everything was good. We also loved the different banchan they gave in the beginning like the fish tofu, cucumbers and kimchi. HaeMul Pa Jun (Seafood & Veggie Pancake) - One of mine and my dad's favorite seafood pancakes that we've tried. The pancake is loaded with so many ingredients and has a batter that is light and airy. The sauce on the side is what adds the sweet and savory flavor. Gal Bee (Short Ribs) - The pieces they give are so big, juicy and soft. The meat easily comes off the bone and the marinated sauce gives the meat a lot of sweetness and richness. Seafood Soft Tofu - The dish came out hot and a perfect level of spiciness. It was rich, salty, sweet and a very comforting dish. Everything from the tofu to different seafoods were the perfect consistency inside. Dolsott Bibimbap - Always get it in the stone pot because it makes the rice at the bottom crunchy and adds another layer of texture to the dish. Pretty classic with the vegetables, meat and sauce but tasted good all together. Overall, so well priced for the portions and quality of food we got. I highly recommend it if you're in the Richmond area wanting some traditional Korean dishes.

It's not every day i get a week day off. So lunch at this place is the most special. They only have 4 lunch specials during week days. Kalbi- thick ribs. I had bulgogi - sweet beef. It comes with rice and all the bancha (bean curb, bean sprouts, sprigs of broccoli, marinated daikon, kimchi, vinegar daikon). I ate all the beef and rice. For two people, we got complementary tofu soup. A bit spicy once you get to the bottom. Hot Barley tea. Just enjoyable lunch.

This is my favorite place to get my Korean food fix in SF. Every time I come, the food is consistently delicious! The staff are friendly but leave you to enjoy your meal. Food comes out quick and fresh and hot! The banchan is plentiful. It takes me two busses or a train and a bus to get here from my house, and it is worth every minute of the journey.

A mom & pop shop in the neighborhood that reminds me of my college life in Korea. You mainly see Korean ajumma & ajussi so you know it's authentic. We ordered a big spread and were happy with all the dishes. Their portions were huge as well. Service was quick with all the Asian lady. Parking might be the only minus point but it's worth to visit, even when you have to walk a bit.

3.5 stars. We've had lunch here twice in the last couple of months. The food is much better than in the remote past because of the new owners. It's very popular and busy on weekends. Their minimal lunch specials are only available weekdays. I had the seafood tofu soup both times and it came with a bowl of rice. The ban chan was better the second visit with many small dishes. I liked the pickled vegts, tofu slices on it. There was shrimp in the soup with lots of chewy squid. The family members ordered the stone bowl bibimbap which was $5 more. The last time they tried the same in steel bowls and felt it tasted better in the hot stone bowls. Again, we received a plate of complimentary pan fried dumpling which were delicious as well as the seafood Korean pancake which we ordered for appetizer. Staff is always pleasant and responsive for refills of tea. Plan to be back to try other dishes.

Parking around this neighborhood is tough, but that's the only bad thing I have to say about this restaurant. The food is nothing fancy, but it doesn't mean it isn't tasty! it's very much like any Korean restaurant. However, every single time I come here to eat, there's a feeling of warm home cooked meal from a Korean aunty that I never had. During covid, I was really worried that the restaurant will shut down. But it seem like the business is picking back up again. I would definitely recommend the Jap Chae (Sweet potato vermicelli noodles)

Delicious!!! Such homey vibes :) came here for an early dinner around 5pm and ordered galbi tang and the BBQ chicken. Originally wanted to get sul lung tang but they ran out :( the owners were so sweet and gave us free mandu as well!! Both the galbi tang and Bbq chicken were DELICIOUS!! Would highly recommend for a nice casual meal

I love this place! The food is very comforting and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was amazing. The servers were so kind and welcoming. As for the food, you can't really go wrong everything is very flavorful and tasty. The banchan, meat, soups, and hot stone bibimbaps are SO GOOD. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a Korean restaurant to eat at in SF!

A cozy restaurant with really good food! They give you the standard amount of small dishes, just what you'd expect at a Korean restaurant. We had the Galbi Tang and the kimchi Sam Gyeop Sal, they were both so delicious but especially the Galbi Tang! The broth was so full of flavor, and the Galbi was tender which barely took effort to eat, it perfect with the bowls of rice they provide. I believe they are run by a couple and they are kind people. We cannot wait to come back and try the Galbi next time. They do have a lunch menu listed for M-Thu but we believe they are no longer operating for lunch M-Thu, it might be a Friday only offer.

This place is so good! Really authentic and it seems like it's family owned which is nice. The servers are always so kind and three times that I've been here they have given me and my friends something on the house. Would absolutely recommend :)
