Good decision to stop in! The bartender is super attentive. You can never die of thirst here! Perfect. The menu is clear and completely sufficient. The food is freshly prepared in the back of the pub -show kittchen- and was delicious. I was able to experience at least 15 draft beer varieties and a test tasting. A great place. Unfortunately the chili was out, but the fish & chips were okay too. The beer is good and has a large selection. Draft beer and bottled beer available. Music not too loud, I liked that. Recommended!

We hosted our wedding after party at Murphys and the team was incredible. From attentive servers to a stellar coordinator, we were able to come in and have a great time. There was a refundable deposit (no fee!) and they allowed us to play our own music. Strongly recommend!

The place is very filthy, dumpsters inside. Very rude bartender. I asked for a Fanta, he said no, didn't offer any alternatives (they serve sprite). A group came, he told me to move. The group said it wasn't needed because most were arriving only in 30 minutes, he told me to move

Very cool place!! We enjoyed 2 visits. Definitely busier Mon-Thursday and slower on Friday night. Service was excellent!

I loved this stop on my way home to New Orleans. Your atmosphere and service was incredible. My only feedback is if you only have one pool table, you should have the table open. Two dollars is ridiculous for a play, especially if you’d like to play table rules with the regulars. Make it free and embrace the dive culture your regulars make for you ❤️
Go support this great pub! All the other bars in the area were closed (even though the days/times on their doors said they were open. They’ve all given up except this great pub!). Had a great chat with the publican….it was 4pm Friday afternoon and he said before COVID, this bar was packed. Office workers working from home, 3 day weekends, no-one working Friday’s in the offices, this is hurting all the great hospitality business downtown. Go to Murphy’s Pub and support a battler! It is a great bar!
