My Cup of Tea is like the unofficial community center for the local youth. Lots of groups playing boardgames, studying, working. I've stumbled into in store events like a k-pop fan goods event among other things. I'm glad to have found a boba place that was open late. It was full of college students (I assume) at 10pm on a Monday. The fresh spring rolls were just okay but our drinks were good. I would come back and try other food. It was pretty loud in there from people playing board games. It also looked like a popular spot for people with laptops.

The boba is one of the best, nice chewy texture and fresh like they had not been sitting for a while. However service was meh, attendant didn’t seem happy to be there and got my order wrong. Place was empty so it wasn’t like she was overwhelmed by customers.
