This is the best sushi in the bay area. The quality is amazing. The waiter (Ben) wais stellar, welcoming, and accommodating. Allergen friendly. Not pretentious or over-styled. The sushi was fresh and well cut, and the even the appetizers were great, which is an area many sushi places fall flat. If you love sushi, this is the spot.

My friends & I tried karaage, shishito peppers, assorted tempura, and rolls.
I got chef's secret roll which had otoro on top w/ truffle oil and salmon & avocado inside. It was buttery goodness :)
Karaage & shishito peppers were more on the juicy side and assorted tempuras were on point 👌🏼
The service was very polite and atmosphere is comforting :)

This was a great little restaurant. If I could give more stars than 5 for service I would!! Ben is a very kind soul that clearly is very dedicated to giving the best experience possible when eating here. The sushi and sashimi were very fresh and we really liked the gyozas as the skin was nice and crisp. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good Japanese sushi spot!

I had such a great solo dinner here while im town for a conference. The service was impeccable, everyone was so nice, and the food was so good. I had the dynamite roll. Would definitely suggest it to anyone in the area!
