Close to the Cesar's pizza place. It's a very small shop, fits about 4 people waiting inside comfortably, one ordering kiosk, and maybe one backup counter register. Drinks starts around $5. You have your fruit teas, traditional milk teas, and special teas with Oreos. You have your choice of additional toppings like boba and jellies. You can control your sweetness level and ice amount.
The traditional jasmine milk tea with half sweet was okay, I did order grass jelly for my drink, but I had to chop them into drinkable pieces with my straw.
Not bad for a boba place. I would probably choose to increase the sweetness a bit for the more plain teas.

Service here is amazing. I got the mango green tea, which came with mango chunks and boba. Tea is super refreshing, boba is fresh & the drink came with a lot of mango chunks! Looking forward to trying the other drinks
