I ordered from Namu Stonepot with a food delivery service and was very pleased with my order. I ordered their World Famous Namu Stonepot Rice and thought it was tasty. It was light in flavor and pretty good despite having some different ingredients than other Stonepot rice dishes. I was a bit thrown off by the romaine lettuce included and wish there was a little more done to the tofu. However, I was pleased with the dish and am glad I gave it a try.
I really liked the previous Namu Stonepot locations but hadn't tried it since they moved. Maybe this is the aftermath of the pandemic but I can only ask "what happened"? Can only sum it up by saying - it's okay, but there are far better options.Constructive criticism:- The banchan needs work. Kimchi is mostly good. Went to pixl cat coffee and also ordered some food and tried this AWESOME dolsot bibimbap! You know it's GREAT when the bottom has the perfect toasted rice layer. Because of the toasted rice which is dictated by its sitting time on the hot stone pot one should not order it to go and expect it to be great. The key is to eat it in real time at the venue!
