Food came fast, the menu had nice photos, nice prices for everything. The restaurant was clean.

The food tasted great. We’ll be coming back!

I had time to kill in the Inner Sunset and sought out a well-rated spot with counter service. This restaurant has you order online using a unique QR code at your table. There was one employee who was alone in the front of the house, charged with answering the phone, bringing orders to tables, greeting guests, clearing tables, etc. I could see him doing his best!

I got the won ton soup and the lumpia. Both tasted freshly made and I can't wait to go back with others so I can try more things like their XLB, Mongolian Beef, and String Bean Chicken.

The only thing I didn't like was the flimsy plastic soup spoon. The other utensils are bamboo, but I think it's worth providing porcelain Chinese soup spoons for dine-in soups!

I’ve always ordered to-go from Nanking Road China Bistro and it never disappoints! The portions are generous, the food is consistently ok, and everything is packed with care. Favorites include the Mongolian Beef—delicious every time!

Wow, surprisingly good for takeout. The steamed veggie pork buns were solid, the pan-fried pork buns had the perfect crisp, and the chicken was lightly battered and not too sweet. Even the sautéed veggies tasted fresh. Super solid all around. Def adding this to the regular rotation.

We liked most of the food we tried here, including the General Tso's Orange Chicken and the green bean Wok'd Greens. The latter, in particular, had a nice char and crunch. The 'XLB' Soup Dumplings, on the other hand, left something to be desired - the xiaolongbao did not have great flavor or texture. It seemed like they had been sitting around for a while. The service was efficient, and the prices were fair. Atmosphere was okay.

The food here was great. We had a five different items and debated what was the best: hot & sour soup, chubby noodles, crispy, sesame chicken, fried chicken wings. All were great. Chicken was nice and tender.

The service here is a bit different. No table service but you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Simple staff but everything worked great and they are very pleasant.

I loved the soup bowls and the bamboo tableware. The space was half empty with plenty of seating and fairly quiet.

It used to be a lot better!
Still good but inconsistent. Like different cooks some week day.
I am afraid to recommend like I use to.
