I’m a frequent patron of this bakery—the pastries are consistently excellent, especially the twice-baked croissants. It’s a reliable spot whenever I’m craving something sweet or need a good pastry with my coffee. Parking around here can be a bit tricky.
All the pastries were cold and required reheating at home, which made them feel far from fresh. If that’s the intended concept, it really wasn’t communicated clearly. The mushroom tart was the only pastry that stood out
Neighbor Bakehouse is outstanding. Their pistachio blackberry croissant is hands down one of the best ones I’ve ever had-perfectly flaky, rich pistachio flavor, and just the right touch of blackberry for balance. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. Easily a must-visit bakery in SF.
