Things I like about New Lun Ting Cafe: Smothered Pork Chop, Prime Rib, Wings, pan-fried Flounder and open until 9 pm. Oh, I should also add good value - decent sized portions @ fair prices.

I had the curry beef stew. Came with soup and potsticker. It wasn't curry. It was tender beef in brown sauce. It was delicious. So expertly cooked. I recently had roast pork with pepper sauce(brown gravy. So good!!! Pork was so tender and sauce was great!!! And serving size huge!!!

This is not a fancy Chinatown tourist trap. It's a humble Chinese diner with excellent food and good portions. Two people might share a rice plate with some side dumplings. I had the beef with mixed vegetables plate. Came with a small soup and a piping hot dumpling. Everything was super fresh and came straight from wok to table in seconds. Looks like old school family run place. For what one gets it's a bargain in this day and age.I saw many locals who kibbitzed in Mandarin with the staff. How do you say kibbitzed in Mandarin?? They almost to a person ordered a pork dish, apparently a specialty, that looked terrific on the plate.That'll be my next meal here...Under 15 bucks with 2 cups of tea out the door.It's right off the alley where Red's Place is...

Walked in for dinner and were seated right away. Pleasant staff but waited a while to order. While waiting for our food, we saw a cockroach scurrying around. Not trying to cause a scene, we asked for our food to go and GTFO. We paid and were on our way out when the hostess stopped us and told us to leave a tip. 10% she said. I asked for what and she said for service. Not only did she not deserve a tip but we absolutely did not need to pay the tab for the food we did not eat. Unacceptable and absolutely will be calling the food health inspector on this place.

Whenever I visit the city, I always have to stop by this place. Their corn beef is *chefs kiss*. Very cozy and feels like I am visiting my grandma's house

This place is so not good. I came here just to try out the good. I was over charges on my order, but I didn't say anything. I got a beef chow fun and a bumbling soup.. they chard be 29.49 after tax. When I calculate after what is said on the menu, it should have been a bit more than $28 after tax. I can see why no customers come here for lunch. I won't be coming back here for anything anymore!!!

We ordered and ate something completely different, but it was delicious and fresh :) Communication was difficult, but it's worth tasting the real Chinese culture and atmosphere. It doesn't look like it, but it's really worth it.
It's got a divey atmosphere, a western inspired menu that made it's way from Hong Kong, but it's got a warm place in my heart and every meal comes with a big gaau-ji (gyōza).

Great food and great prices! The prime rib was sold out but that's my next goal when I'm here. Best to get it for Lunch. Call to reserve one. I also want to try their oxtail over rice. So much good food choices and not enough space in my tummy to store. I'll just have to break it Guen in a few days to accomplish it. Service is awesome! Lisa is your girl to make sure everything is yummy in your tummy at a good price! Everything is so expensive and not even good. This place is definitely my new go to place to cover both.

Delicious comfort food. My fav is the Roast pork with lots of gravy. Melts in your mouth. Don't except too much from the decor. It's kinda of a hole in the wall but that just adds to the charm. The place has been around a long time
