Really good Chow Mein.
I constantly stop by buying some food here. I enjoyed the rapid service and well cooked food. Kudos.

We love going out. Last night we visited this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a beautiful time there with first-rate meal and a professional crew and a professional cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will surely return very soon. We highly recommend.
I liked their lunch special lemon chicken. The meat was tender. The hot & sour soup was spiced just right. The egg roll was crispy. It was alot of food too for a small price. Keep in mind that there is another restaurant with basically the same name on West Portal Ave. The lemon chicken at New Tsing Tao is much better! I got dinner take out on 8/16/19. The lady at the desk was not friendly, & she did not thank me for my business. I did not like her attitude, but the lemon chicken dinner was great. It did not come with anything, but it was excellent. 9/12/19: the Lemon Chicken & white rice were perfect! 9/28/19: their food is consistent. You get the same very good quality each time, which is important. 12/13/19: Great lemon chicken dinner! I asked for a non menu item of steamed broccoli & carrots, & they accommodated my need for vegetables. That makes me want to come back.
Nice people. Chicken with black bean sauce (delicious) brings back memories of long-ago company lunches in San Jose.
Tasty food and friendly service. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend the honey walnut prawn. I get it every time and it’s always amazing!
