Ordered two cinnamon bagels. Barely any cinnamon compared to when I get them at other times.

Expensive, staff not very friendly
Not the best location, would prefer the downtown one. Bagel was sad, cold, and soft. I've had their sandwiches before though and that was a lot tastier. Could be better, but giving the area and surroundings, it's whatever.

I don't get bagels very often, but was really craving one when I went to Safeway next door. I looked at the selection for a few seconds then wanted to order. All of the employees were talking to each other or to customers, but not actually waiting on them. I had to walk up to one and ask her is she was free to serve me. She wasn't rude about being interrupted and did get my two bagels. Still, I felt like I was butting into her personal time. I got a jalapeno cheddar bagel and an Asiago to go. All the jalapenos were in piled in the center, and they weren't even de-seeded. I pulled out the seeds myself and spread the jalapenos out before I toasted the bagel. I had the Asiago later. They were OK, but not anything to write home about. I've bagels from Safeway that were just as good. If I'm in the mood for a bagel sandwich, I might give then another, just to see how they compare with Posh Bagel.

Apparently, the employees there aren't happy. The customer service is horrible. I don't visit San Francisco very often, so I don't know many places. I placed my order and asked for a coffee. When my order was ready, they delivered the food reluctantly, yelling at the customers. I saw my coffee wasn't there and asked the cashier for it, and she rudely told me she didn't know... that I had to ask someone else, when she should have given me a cup so I could make it myself. Very disorganized and very bad service.
Great options

It's pretty decent it's not bad. Food is mostly on the greasy side. It's quick, which I do like a lot. The staff is very friendly and it's the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3.
The cream cheese is weird, though. It tastes and feels like straight butter and salt. It tastes nothing like cream cheese. I feel it is just whipped butter, and they call it cream cheese kinda nasty to me. Overall, it's okay for a quick coffee and something to eat if you are in a rush.
