It ain’t New York, I can promise you that
Had takeout/bagels brought to the office. Enjoyed them, the savoury bagels were as savoury to be expected

It's pretty decent it's not bad. Food is mostly on the greasy side. It's quick, which I do like a lot. The staff is very friendly and it's the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3.
The cream cheese is weird, though. It tastes and feels like straight butter and salt. It tastes nothing like cream cheese. I feel it is just whipped butter, and they call it cream cheese kinda nasty to me. Overall, it's okay for a quick coffee and something to eat if you are in a rush.

I ordered through DoorDash, so I did not go into the store or interact with the staff. My review is for the quality of the food, which unfortunately was very low. There was such a small amount of each ingredient, resulting in a very bland taste. I usually do not expect the food to look exactly like the online photos, but in this case, I could not even identify these items as the ones in the pictures, particularly the Texas brisket sandwich. The “brisket” was nothing more than a tiny scoop of shredded meat. I would never order from here again as the quality in no way matches the price paid. I was disappointed given how much I was looking forward to this meal based on the delicious-looking advertisements.

My caregiver ordered me a breakfast bagel & requested to cut in quarters for me & the staff refused to make this simple request. I'll never go back to this location. Any store that can not assist in a simple ADA request does not need to be in business. The only excuse the manger had when I called back is they don't have time to make 1 simple extra cut, totally absurd!
Parking: There's free parking lot, usually not hard to get a spot if you're willing to walk, There's a free parking garage entrance on 16th st near portreo.
Wheelchair accessibility: All store entrances are wheelchair accessible. Outdoor seating accessible.

Great-tasting bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Texas brisket breakfast sandwich was very delicious, but could have been more generous with the amount of meat for the price. Dining in means standing only with countertops too low for my over six-foot frame. Service was excellent and fast.

More expensive here than other locations. No public restrooms but people pee across the street. Parking lot is unsafe. Typical SF experience, I guess.
