I came here for the first time. I got a double stack with the say cheese bagel. It wasn’t bad. They have NY in their name. I’m from Brooklyn. I say that to say , this is not NY style but it was good enough to eat. I didn’t try the bagels but the say cheese had a good taste.

I don't get bagels very often, but was really craving one when I went to Safeway next door. I looked at the selection for a few seconds then wanted to order. All of the employees were talking to each other or to customers, but not actually waiting on them. I had to walk up to one and ask her is she was free to serve me. She wasn't rude about being interrupted and did get my two bagels. Still, I felt like I was butting into her personal time. I got a jalapeno cheddar...

It's pretty decent it's not bad. Food is mostly on the greasy side. It's quick, which I do like a lot. The staff is very friendly and it's the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3.
The cream cheese is weird, though. It tastes and feels like straight butter and salt. It tastes nothing like cream cheese. I feel it is just whipped butter, and they call it cream cheese kinda nasty to me. Overall, it's okay for a quick coffee and something...
