They never have bagels! An entire bagel store that runs out of bagels by 9am on a Saturday? It's not a one time thing either, it happens all the time. And the staff gets annoyed when you ask when Will there be more like as a customer I'm supposed to drop off some more. Needs a "under new management" sign ASAP!

I can definitely see what other reviews meant about the customer service. I went for lunch and definitely did not feel welcome and was spoken to in a cold manner. However, the bagels and sandwich (turkey avocado club) I got were really good! The lemonade in the other hand was really concentrated and I had to throw it away after a few sips, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend that. I would come again for the food but hopefully the service will improve.

TLDR: serviceable bagels that have gotten much smaller but still tasty.
We got an everything. Bagel with onion and chive cream cheese and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The portions were a bit smaller than I remember but it is still tasty. The cold brew is also huge sized!

I was happy to get coffee and a bagel, but the black lady at the register looks at you like she has beef with you ?. Not sure if she has racial issues or just attitude with everyone equally but all other younger generations are really nice. ?

I guess it’s really hard to get the Jew out of me because Noah’s bagels always sounds good on a hard morning and this morning is not even that hard!That I just experienced the best customer service you could imagine at a bagel shop.This is what I always say.Look me up on LinkedIn… leadership ? 1st!all comes down from the leaders your leader is standing there, making your bagels cleaning up the mess, giving customers the cup of coffee☕️, treating everybody equally, no matter who walks through the door , in my book, you’re a rockstar! ? ? ??????️?❤️????If you like a nice bagel, even though they were out of the Hallah, I’m coming back!❤️PS. A very pleasant experience! The girls who helped me with my order were super friendly and chatty, making me feel right at home. ?My Nova Lox sandwich was delicious! ? Highly recommend it! I was surprised to get a bag of chips with it, but I wish they had other options for sides. ??♀️
