Oisii Ramen.😋

It was my first visit at Nojo Tavern and I had this Tan Tan Spicy Ramen. It hit the spot. I travel around and have different kinds of Ramen but Nojo’s Tan Tan is a really good one.
The broth, thick noodles and Cilantro toppings was the best. It was my first time having ramen without Chasyu-Pork instead they have this Grounded chicken mixed with the broth which is more flavorful and delicious.
This Ramen is the recommendation...
Excellent tomato ramen. Rare to see on a menu that isn’t for vegetarians. The beer and gyoza combo for $10 is a fantastic deal! The weizen beer is light and refreshing. Always crowded so space is a bit cramped and meant for a quick meal. Overall a great ramen spot for lunch or a quick dinner.
Nojo Ramen is known for its signature ramen, which includes a whole braised chicken leg. The chicken was flavorful and tender, but the broth itself was a bit too salty.

I also ordered the chicken nanban, which was fried chicken intended to be spicy, but it fell short on heat. I would recommend skipping this appetizer, as the house-made sauce wasn't very impressive either.
