The perfect neighborhood spot. Not a mediocre bite on the menu! Grab a seat at the bar, get a spritz flight and enjoy the best Italian in the Marina!

We are always looking for good cacio e pepe and this place definitely won us over! This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the city. The restaurant is so cute and intimate and perfect for date night. The service was great and the staff is super nice and helpful. We ordered the black pepper bucatini and the nor-sting-ya pizza. The pasta and the pizza were so good! This is one of the best cacio e pepes I've ever had. I love that they use bucatini noodles. The pizza was bomb and spicy! This will be our go to whenever we end up in the Marina.

A delicious choice among the quality of restaurant choices. It's a quaint neighborhood gem. We were pursuing menus on Yelp & their menu persuaded us to go out of our way to dine here. I had a delicious wine cocktail, LoFi. We opted to share a chopped Italian salad, & a something sting pizza. Super yummy, especially the pizza. Wonderful service & a welcoming vibe. We'll be back!

Superb! Best seat in the house is at the bar. You can watch the staff in action and be entertained by Angelo. Food was exceptional! The bolognese and nor-sting-ya pizza are a must.

So yummy and cozy! We split the pizza, three types of pastas, and a chopped salad and burrata! The pizza was incredible and the pastas were good too (pizza was better IMO). There were five of us and it was almost the perfect amount of food (maybe a little too much).

Excellent food! Sophisticated flavors in a casual place. Doesn't surprise that the chef has European experience. Angelo knows how to run a restaurant. Shocked he was not the owner, as he's very invested in his work and it shows. We'll return again.

Hidden gem. Hardest part was picking from the menu. Too many great sounding choices. We ultimately went with Italian chop salad and pizza. We wanted to try a pasta, but will next time

Amazing authentic food but not any real vegan entrees. Drinks are lovely as well and they have a resident dog that is the sweetest

Norcina is serving elevated Italian fare with a homey feel. Their black garlic bucatini was to DIE for. Simple but extremely flavorful and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Their norsting-ya pizza was divine with dollops of whipped ricotta. The brussel sprouts were some of the best I've had in the city. I would recommend also trying their Italian spritz flight as they have a wide selection of spritzes. Their staff is extremely wonderful and welcoming and not to forget, very swift with service. TLDR; I went here for dinner TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW - suffice to say, Norcina has my heart.

The place is beautiful. The pizza was excellent, the cacio peppe was very delicious but the pasta was overcooked. Good

This is a top notch Italian spot just off chestnut in the marina. Small but has outdoor dining (one of the few left). Made a reservation with rest same day! Staff was very accommodating. Food was 5/5. We loved both our dishes. The norstingya pizza was sooooo good. A little spicy and full of rich flavors. We also loved the carbonara. The sausage was a perfect flavor combo. We want to try the cacio de Pepe next! We will be back.

Went here for dinner with my neice, and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We were a little cold and the staff brought us blankets. A must try was the meatballs, yummy. The salad was delicious, as was the pasta. Generous servings, and the food was nice and hot.

Technically have not been inside the restaurant, but stopped by a truck where they were making pies and now I dream about this pizza on a weekly basis. The Nor-Sting-Ya is legit my favorite pizza...maybe ever.

This is probably my favorite Italian spot in SF and the ambiance and service is as good as the food. They have countertop, tables, and outdoor seating which is nice but the place is still relatively small. The pizzas are all really good and def recommend adding burrata if they don't already have it. The pastas are all so fresh and flavorful. My favorite is def the arrabiata which is a perfect balance of savory and spicy. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We have been here innumerable times and mostly really liked the food. Service has been mostly ok, sometimes weird, and at least one guy always seems very high on something. Pastas usually have been very good but sometimes inconsistent (spicy one time, bland the next). And they served malfaldine pasta with several clams that didn't open--i.e, not edible, more than once. We didn't want to make a fuss and ruin our dinner, but that shows that there's no quality control in the kitchen. They charge $9 for 1/2 of a tiny round loaf of bread. Tiramisu was awful and way overpriced (one try only). Two restaurants on Scott have better tiramisu. We will never return due to the wine markups for very mediocre wine. Last visit, we were overcharged and didn't notice until we got home. $59 was charged as $68, for a really really mediocre bottle. We didn't bother to complain. We also hate that they don't provide a paper tab so that we may calculate and tip, to account for the ridiculous alleged SF mandates (there are none). They stick a digital device in one's face and stand there, watching. It may result in a smaller tip because it's offensive. We are tired of being gouged for mediocre wine. We always spend almost $200, way too much here.
