Delicious Filipino Ice Cream shop that’s tucked away across from Blue Mermaid. The cutest and sweetest owners and delicious ice cream at such a low price. This is a local shop I would recommend and support. Definitely coming back here when visiting SF in the future.

We were walking around after visiting Fishermans Wharf and happened upon this little place and decided that we would go and try their ice cream out. Such a lovely couple that served us. They were patient with my little one and always had a cheerful disposition on them. Service was great and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. They serve Mitchell's Ice Cream. (This visit was over a year ago)

This place was so highly rated but if my waffle cone hadn’t been $8 I would have thrown it away. Ice cream itself was just meh and the waffle cone was painfully stale. I was so disappointed! Don’t waste your money just go get a name brand ice cream nearby.

The best ice cream place in the city. We came after closing hours, and the pa was happy to serve us some delicious ice cream.

I enjoyed the hot fudge sundae, a cup that contains ice cream, melted dark chocolate and hot cream on the surface. Really delicious and the people serving are very kind

I'm so glad we took a chance on Normans Ice Cream. It looked like a random hole in the wall. They had several unique flavors and their Sundae had literally all the ingredients I consider the perfect sundae. They even added sprinkles to it for me even though it was not part of their Sundae. The couple working here were also very welcoming and sweet. I wish I could give more stars.
