The pizza was great as usual and Delivery no problem. I was annoyed that I was not allowed to use the coupon code that you sent me that same morning, which your system said was not valid. You never used to turned down coupons from long-term customers, Even if they were quite old, But you literally sent this one the same morning.

Ordering process is fast and easy, the variety of food is great, the pizza is the best in San Francisco and Bay Area. Pricing a bit high but is worth. I just wish they had more coupons.

I’m giving 1 star only because there’s no option to give 0 stars.

This is the fourth time I’ve tried to place an order with this place, and honestly, I’m done. I’ve given them multiple chances, but I won’t be trying again. Each experience has been disappointing. Let me explain:
• First attempt: I placed a large order to be delivered to my workplace, which is not far from the store. I was told it would arrive within an hour. I waited two hours, then called to check. I was told the driver was “at my door” — which was not true. Worst of all, no one contacted me or gave any explanation. My coworkers and I were left without food, and we were very disappointed.
• Second attempt: I called again on another Sunday. Someone answered and hung up on me before I could even speak.
• Third attempt: I called, and the person who answered didn’t seem to understand me. They passed the phone to someone else who also couldn’t understand me and asked if I spoke Spanish. I said no and asked to speak to a manager — and they hung up on me again. This was extremely frustrating.
• Fourth attempt: I was simply told they couldn’t take my order because they had no drivers available.

All of these situations happened on Sundays, which makes me wonder: Is there a problem with working on Sundays? Do they not want to work? Are they just trying to go home early?

Honestly, this is a huge lack of respect for the customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is unprepared, there’s a complete lack of customer care, and no commitment to providing a decent experience.

The North Beach pizza with thick crust was delicious. I had it delivered and it was hot and handled with care - no cheese and toppings falling off. Excellent crust, cooked to perfection. We ate it to fast to take photos.

Pizza is good just felt ripped off for paying 19 dollars for 2 slices of mushroom and cheese pizza. 😂
