I’m giving 1 star only because there’s no option to give 0 stars.

This is the fourth time I’ve tried to place an order with this place, and honestly, I’m done. I’ve given them multiple chances, but I won’t be trying again. Each experience has been disappointing. Let me explain:
• First attempt: I placed a large order to be delivered to my workplace, which is not far from the store. I was told it would arrive within an hour. I waited two hours, then called to check. I was told the driver was “at my door” — which was not true. Worst of all, no one contacted me or gave any explanation. My coworkers and I were left without food, and we were very disappointed.
• Second attempt: I called again on another Sunday. Someone answered and hung up on me before I could even speak.
• Third attempt: I called, and the person who answered didn’t seem to understand me. They passed the phone to someone else who also couldn’t understand me and asked if I spoke Spanish. I said no and asked to speak to a manager — and they hung up on me again. This was extremely frustrating.
• Fourth attempt: I was simply told they couldn’t take my order because they had no drivers available.

All of these situations happened on Sundays, which makes me wonder: Is there a problem with working on Sundays? Do they not want to work? Are they just trying to go home early?

Honestly, this is a huge lack of respect for the customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is unprepared, there’s a complete lack of customer care, and no commitment to providing a decent experience.

The North Beach pizza with thick crust was delicious. I had it delivered and it was hot and handled with care - no cheese and toppings falling off. Excellent crust, cooked to perfection. We ate it to fast to take photos.

Pizza is good just felt ripped off for paying 19 dollars for 2 slices of mushroom and cheese pizza. 😂

We go here often for pizza which is very good however the entrees vary. Portion size is good but we sometimes have difficulties with communication in spite of being bilingual. Our in house orders have sometimes been misunderstood in spite of our best efforts. Having a staff with a knowledge of Italian food would be best.

Had a couple of slices of pepperoni pizza. Sold by the slice.

I placed an online order for a pizza and salad. I arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready and I was told it would be ready in 5 - 7 minutes. I sat and waited for 10 minutes, still with no pizza, when I saw the only staff who was making pizza come out of the kitchen, get money from the register, and run out the door. About 5 minutes later he ran back into the restaurant with a package of lunch meat/ham, threw the change down on the counter, and went back to the kitchen to make my pizza. He did NOT wash his hands. He then proceeded to throw full pieces of packaged processed ham on the pizza. I was so disgusted I went to the register and asked for my money back. I was told since I placed my order online, I could not get a refund in the store. I pulled up the information and it said to contact the store for a refund. After arguing with the cashier for a few minutes, I received a cash refund for the pizza only. I would NOT recommend this place, as they clearly don’t follow any basic hand hygiene protocol and used processed lunch meat from a nearby store on their pizzas. I was utterly disgusting.

They forgot to put pizza sauce on my pizza. Despite this the cheese and pepperoni was delicious. The Chicago style crust was ok. Overall, I've had better Chicago style pizza at other restaurants. The cheese and toppings saved the pizza.

We got take out. They sort of lost our order so it took much longer than necessary, but the food was fantastic!
