We had lunch here and loved the biriyani they served. This is one of the restaurant where indian food tastes like indian 🙂 and owner uncle is very sweet who gave us jamuns and kheer on the house.

Possibly the best Indian food in the city!
We had one very simple request, for the food to be made with as less oil as possible, and boy did they meet our request, without compromising on the taste!
Will definitely be coming back again and again.
For reference- we live in the east bay- with plenty of Indian food options- no one has ever made North Indian food that’s this homely.
I'm having to, unfortunately, leave a low rating due to the server's behavior and false/higher charge.
The server forced us to sit at a particular table (uncomfortable for us), even when the place was completely empty at 9:30p. It was so awkward and difficult to communicate.
We left a generous tip (primarily because of the food), but the server added an additional 10%. I only noticed it in my CC statement later. I wish I could give them the benefit of doubt but it felt they did on purpose.
