Food was ok (Moussaka was a little bland), but the portions were too small. In the end, I was shocked by the price: $110 for 2 people for lunch... 2 entrees, a shared appetitzer, a beer and a coffee. That's crazy.

Treating our daughter and son-in-law to lunch in our neighborhood. This is a favorite of daughters and was her restaurant of choice. My Only complaint is that I could not reserve lunch later than 2:30, but the staff did not rush us in any way. Food was excellent. Server attentive and did an excellent job. the lunch was a mix from the menu, and we were all very happy with our choices. Fresh, and very well prepared, Due to the limited space you do feel crowded if eating inside. Our late lunch saved us that feeling. Was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Dined at NOVY with friends. Variety of menu meant everyone could have what suited them; kitchen very accomodating for minor adjustments (e.g. lettuce wrap vs bread for burger). Food was fresh and delicious; service attentive but not hovering. Good value for carafe of wine. We will be back.

The food was delicious, the staff were very accommodating and pricing was reasonable. We are delighted to have such a welcoming restaurant in Noe Valley. My husband and I have eaten there before, and also with many friends and family and everyone had enjoyed there experience. We will continue to choose Novy as one of our goto restaurants.

Words can barely express what a fantastic and happy surprise our first meal at Novy was. Everything was so delicious and so well crafted that we will definitely be coming back as frequently as possible. Thank you again for being our new favorite restaurant!

I had eggs Benedict. Cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. My companion had huevos rancheros with a side order of sausage. He said the sausage were well cooked and very flavorful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

An overpriced dinner, not so much flavor on what we had ordered, the calamari was big large chunks, did not really enjoy it. First time I went to Novy I really liked the Novy burger, this last time didn't like it at all.

The wait staff was wonderful. Friendly and very professional. The food is not what it used to be. Still fresh ingredients but everything was pasty and overcooked. Mousaka was a pot of mush. Which was not the case before. It was very good, authentic Greek food and Greek fusion not so long ago. Hope you can improve. We like to support our local business. PS - I knew Papa Panos back in the day and it was an honor to have met him.

I got the burger with no mushrooms but substituted the burger for a plant based one. one of the worst burgers i’ve had and could not finish it. maybe it’s because of the plant based burger but i would not recommend. appetizers were pretty good and everyone else enjoyed their food. service was great!
