A Gem in the Neighborhood!Nestled in the heart of our Noe Valley, Oki Sushi is a true hidden gem! Greeted by warmth and friendly staffs, unfolds a great dinning experience. No doubt the have a wide variety of fresh nigiri sushi, the bacon scallop skewer, grilled ika and soft shell crab definitely steal the show! Whether you're enjoying a solo dinner or treating your friends (in my case, I have friends over from Canada), it's a perfect atmosphere for any occasion. You wont' disappoint!

This is the best sushi I have had in SF. It's a neighborhood gem. They have great assortment options and prepare their orders extremely efficiently. It's a cute lowkey neighborhood atmosphere. My friends from out of town always rave and ask to get GOOD sushi and this is it!!

Got some sushi to-go. The fish was fresh and tasted delicious. We got the lion king roll and hamachi roll. Both tasted great. Portions were pretty average for a sushi roll. Would definitely come back to order some new rolls. Overall, 4/5 for me and the gf

Street parking, typical small little Japanese sushi restaurant. I enjoyed the happy combo a lot, it was really fresh. Would definitely come back again for that. The salmon teriyaki rice plate was just okay though.

I'm honestly shocked by these reviews because this was one of the worst sushi meals I've ever had. Tofu agedashi: Bland and totally flavorlessCold Summer: Inedible. The roll itself has the potential to be good but is drowned in four different sauces one of which tasted like a raspberry syrup. It was cloyingly sweet Dragon roll: Best of the three rolls but still very averageSpicy scallop: Somehow also sweet. Still can't figure out why, but the rice was gloopy and the scallop had an artificial sweet tasteHamachi sashimi: Decent, not a ton of flavor Salmon belly sashimi: Cut extremely thick to the point it was unpleasant to actually eat. Felt like biting into something that shouldn't be eaten raw. We were hopeful to be finding a neighborhood gem, but this was not a spot we'll be returning to

Garlic edamame- I will need to have all my edamame like this from now on. Engawa was out of this world good. Our table "neighbors" had this and they were raving about it and we got table envy and ordered it. So. Good. I've never eaten this before and now I'm going to look for this again. According to our neighbors no one prepares it like they do here and we were so glad we got an order. We tried the happy combo that featured 8 pieces of Chef's choice nigiri and everything was very fresh and melted in your mouth. Two in particular stood out and we had to order more: hamachi and kanpachi. Holy moly! (Moly is not the 4 letter word I want to use but you know what it is. The service was very friendly, the ambiance was casual, the food amazing, and prices were very reasonable. It is a smaller place so I would just call ahead to see if you need reservations. We will be back for sure.
