Real omakase in a commercial area of SFO. Two chefs cook for the guests directly at the counter. Very impressive and really exceptionally good. Some fish is imported directly from Japan. But all of this has its price. No vegetarian alternatives.
Chef Jackson and his team were all incredible! This was my first omakase experience, and it will not be my last. My friend brought me for a special birthday dinner, and everyone attended to every detail to make it a perfect and fabulous evening! The food was INCREDIBLE. Incredible food, incredible service, really a memorable experience. Easily the best omakase I’ve had in the US, and on par with the best I’ve had in Japan. Really thoughtful and talented staff. Will definitely visit again.
