I was only three blocks away when the bottom suddenly ripped open. It was quite disappointing, perhaps because the container they gave me was a bit damp on the bottom? I'm not sure. I've tried reaching out to their customer service by phone, but unfortunately, I haven't received a callback yet.

Speedy service although no indoor dining. I got the Japanese katsu curry with the sweet potato croquettes and added tofu. The sauce is delicious and the portion is large!

Really nice spot for a grab and go meal. Flavors went really well together and this made me discover that I like takuan :) Only wish is that there was more dressing with the rice bowl since half is a salad

Ordered a 3 scoop build your own poke bowl on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I got chills, a migraine and eventually learned it was food poisoning!! Now I am about to take my 3rd sick day from work.I will never go to this restaurant again. I see other posts of completely raw chicken and it's clear they do not train their workers well enough. I give this place 1 star because I have to

When I tell you I've been DREAMING about these onigiri ever since I got to try them on an SF visit 5 ish years ago, I'm not even kidding. And they still lived up to my expectations! Such a unique fun spot, terrific for folks who are gluten free, vegan, sesame free, or all of the above like me. I just hope you bring back the spicy wasabi as a side for takeout orders...from memory, it was incredible!
