What I liked most about this restaurant were: the food, the staff, and the place. 10/10, would recommend!!

Wow! this place is Heaven. From the bean teaser and the dinner bread. The music is divine and the meals are even better. The place has been around since 1890Built by a family from Italy; the place is still owned by the family . It's named for an Italian sports league. Tradition and food rule high. There are a lot of Italian restaurants in San Francisco and this is one of the best . Sea food and pasta really good.

Pretty basic lunch place in North Beach. The service wasn't super fast. In fact, it did take some time for the waiter to come assist me. I ordered the marinated octopus, and it seemed almost "generic". Under marinated as well. The gnocchi with pesto sauce was dry. The sauce had way too much garlic. Way too much garlic. Vampires would be scared.

Firstly, I just wanted to say thank all the staff in the restaurant for giving me a discount. I would just like to say thank you for the wonderful service we received in your restaurant last night. I really had a great time! I did not regret trying your restaurant for the first time! I have had such great feedback, especially on the food. And you still made my dinner all happen in the most amazing way!

The waiter was so handsome and communicative. I couldn't ask for more from you, guys. Yesterday, I invited my friends to go with me to this restaurant. We were both happy and satisfied with their food and services. You keep up the excellent service! Cheers for the delicious foods!

We went to your restaurant last Monday afternoon and we really enjoy eating there. The food was very delicious and mouthwatering. I should inform everyone that I was served by the staff nicely and impressively. They were very entertaining and careful to facilitate their customers. A high recommendation for your restaurant! It was really a good start for our day. We had enjoyed the meal and the place. It was very pleasant and cozy. Great food! We decided to have our breakfast in this restaurant.

The wines recommended by the Original U.S. Restaurant were excellent and perfectly matched the dishes. Nice touch to also get a little menu with the wines you had to take home. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back next time we are visiting San Francisco - that says it all.

I work in the neighborhood and have come here several times with various co-workers. Everything I have ever eaten here has been delicious and amazing. The menu is huge and has an astounding variety of items - breakfasts, BBQ, sandwiches, burgers, salads, REALLY GOOD SALADS, flat bread pizza, Mac & Cheese and everything tastes FRESH. Tastes better than their pictures look.

My boyfriend had the oysters and was very pleased. Everything on the Happy Hour menu is $7 - so we got a couple different things and would recommend them all. We got the Pigs in a Blanket (about 8 finger sized), Pretzel Bites (3 small pretzels with AMAZING queso dip), Pepperoni Pizza which is definitely the perfect size for one person and then Buffalo Wings (about 6!). We ended our evening with the Bread Pudding dessert and WOWZA!!! If you have any space left, their desserts are worth it. Everything about Hearthstone is 10/10 and I already have plans to return!

We enjoyed our Sunday night dinner at the Original US Restaurant while traveling in San Francisco, recently. My spouse ordered the lasagna, and I ordered the Diavolo Pizza. Homemade goodness. I also got a salad with very fresh ingredients and a light, delicious homemade dressing. We recommend this restaurant and hope to return when we visit again.
