Orphan Andy’s is an iconic San Francisco gem! I always go here for breakfast and especially love ordering their Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Walnut Butter and a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. The service is fast and friendly. And the decor makes you feel like you’re eating at a local neighborhood dive spot (which you are) with its string lights and party streamers! All in all a great spot with great food and a great atmosphere!
The ambience is cute. Lot's of decor. The nostalgic diner feel is definitely here. The service was ok. I don't understand their system but it hobbled along. The food was great. We got the cheeseburger 9/10. The mushroom burger 8/10. The cream cheese burger ( new 1 for me) 9/10. Super messy burger. Crazy prices. We also got the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They were almost $20. Get out of town!! In all , for late night eats and diner food , it gets the job done.
Classic diner food and decor. I had a delicious Reuben sandwich with a side of excellent potato salad. Waiter was very pleasant, attentive but not intrusive. I'll be back.

I've now been back. Same friendly staff. Biscuits and gravy were fine but nothing special. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.
