We saw this place on check please Bay area and decided to give it a try. Really fun atmosphere. We enjoyed all of our dishes, the soju and the beer. We look forward to returning.

They have a half dozen of the newest Pinball games, & they are well maintained. As of 8/1/24 Inc: attack from Mars, tron, Elton John new, godzilla, the shadow. Got the ball stuck and the staff took care of me directly. Have not tried the food. Looked good, small place. Note : have tried the food, quite good. Not just the common eats. Hawaiian touch, and some decent vegetarian options.
Parking: Typical outer mission paid meter parking, weekend nights, harder to find spots.

LJ is the best bartender around. The Brussels and wings were fiiiire. The drink menu is curated perfectly with a nice selection of non alcoholic beers(my favorite) and the service is absolutely friendly and top notch...oh yea, the pinball machines are immaculate and are free to play on Thursdays! Whether you're a local or visiting from out of town you have to check this place out.

Maybe the best value was the tater tots. The tiny cup of ketchup was insufficient and the extra 50 Cent charge for more ketchup, was a WTF! The other dishes were OK, but not stellar. The service was erratic, and although we were the first customers of the evening, it still took them more than 10 minutes to take our order after we closed the menus and waited. Overall, we were unimpressed and wouldn't return.

We love Outer Orbit! The ambience is cool and relaxed, perfect for families or friends dining out. The food is very good and the customer service is awesome! We celebrated our son's birthday and had a bunch of kids for dinner. The staff was great and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you for the wonderful dinner!

Such a unique atmosphere with food that will rock your tastebuds ?! It’s clear they have considered all the details of the interior design and the details that go into fantastic food. A perfect weekend night entails… going to the Magic Patio for a show and then Outer Orbit for dinner. Can’t get better than that!

If you haven't gone to OO, you must go! We saw OO on Check Please! as a recommended eatery; we had a wonderful experience! The food is outstanding! Attentive and friendly service as well! We had the Smashburger and it was superb with perfectly cooked fries, crunchy on the outside and moist inside. We decided to take out the shrimp tacos and so glad that we did! They were the BEST tacos we have ever had, and we have traveled globally and have eaten at many eateries. Highly recommended! We plan to return to OO!!

Great food. Had the grilled brussel sprouts and a Rocket Salad with grilled chicken. Good beer selection . And of course, there are pin ball machines!
This place did not disappoint. I had the Korean chicken tacos which were really tasty. My husband had the garlic shrimp and commented on how flavorful the garlic noodles were and that he had more shrimp than he expected. The shrimp were delicious too. My kids had the fried rice and the yakisoba. Nice and flavorable. The furikake french fries were really tasty. Some fries fall flat, but these were really good served with both ketchup and aoili. Lastly, we had the nachos with pork. The pork was tender and had a lot of flavor. I love taro chips so this was a great appetizer. We had fun playing the pinball machines. It's a small place. Parking is a challenge, but overall, I'd love to come back for the food and the fun!

My wife and I went to Outer Orbit for the first time recently on a date night. The food was great, the prices were reasonable, the staff were attentive and the ambiance was light and fun. I highly recommend checking it out. Parking can be an issue, (It's the mission district) it is what it is... 4 out of 5 stars
