Exceptional. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Every bite was inventive and exquisite, and it’s clear the owner-chefs absolutely love what they’re doing, and bring their creativity and culinary expertise to every element of the experience. They were also very mindful about a food sensitivity I indicated ahead of time and gave legit substitutes, and generally seem to take great care in ingredient selection. The location can be a bit hard to find, as it’s in/around the Tenderloin and just a small chef’s counter.
