We wanted to order rounds of food, but the waiter was pushy & the prices were high for the portion size. So we decided to stop ordering more & go elsewhere for dessert. The experience wasn't terrible, but there are so many other options in SF that I will not go back.

Our meal was exquisite. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were outstanding. We enjoyed everything that we ordered and left very satisfied. Our server was very helpful and recommended some great dishes. Coming in on Sunday night, the atmosphere was very quiet, which was nice after attending a Cirque de Soleil performance.

The first time I went here months ago, I tried the spicy poke (“tuna poke” if you order via Toast), and loved it. I wanted to wait for a special occasion to reorder it, since it’s really expensive. Today I ordered online for pickup and was wildly disappointed upon receiving my order.

When I picked up my order, I was shocked to discover that this isn’t even the same dish.

There was NO radish, takuan, cucumber, scallion, pickled ginger, or crushed avocado at all!!! And on top of that, there were ingredients that aren’t even listed, like seaweed salad, white onions, and edamame.

Generally, I am a fan of their food (happy hour is great!), ambience, and customer service, but today I was really disappointed. :( Not to mention, the fish did not taste fresh. :((

I would have appreciated full transparency if the item is discontinued or ingredients were out.

Respectful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Everything was delicious and service was fantastic. It was a great anniversary we spent here!

Food very average. Disappointed. The ramen was overcooked as was the hamachi neck. The miso black cod was not marinated long enough. The only great dish was the hamachi in sauce as the appetizer nothing special about the yakisoba bland no flavor.

Ozumo remains my favorite sushi restaurants in San Francisco. From the friendly staff to the beautiful ambience and delicious food and impeccable service brings us back time and time again.

Host was cheerful and attentive over the phone when dealing with reservation - waiting staff especially the bussers and chefs were all warm and wonderful! Food was excellent and a great value given the venue - especially the small plates.

Ryan served us at the bar and he was fabulous he came through with the recommendations. Let me tell you about the Kani korokke which was a star it was this little perfectly fried breaded ball filled with crab meat and a few kernels of corn. Then the hand rolls both the ebi tempura and the spicy toro were amazing the dumplings huh I could do without. Get the spicy Tokyo Vice we were stuffed
m. Ryan was so on it and assisted with recommendations and made sure to check on us frequently. That all day happy hour on Fridays is something to definitely check into.

Food was outstanding! We sat in the lounge on a Saturday night and enjoyed the DJ. Service is a little slow- takes a while to get a drink

Came here with a group of 6 and had a good time

Great interior atmosphere, great balance of intimate setting but filled with life and character. Service staff were really friendly and respectful, however, they were mixing up people's plates on our table - not a huge deal, but it's a slight inconvenience trying to identify each others dishes.

There were some delays in getting the food out, but the restaurant compensated us and didn't charge us for the delayed dishes.

The menu had a variety of options from seafood, beef, chicken, and vegetarian dishes - tasted great, though the wassabi wasn't as spicy as we expected.
