I've been eating at Pacific Catch since it first opened on Chestnut Street in San Francisco. I rarely have anything except the poke salad bowl which has to be a perfect salad. It has changed over the years but it is still to me the best item on the menu. I've tried the Tacos and my friend seems to always order Salmon which he loves. We were seated near 2 very very loud groups which I've never experienced at Pacific Catch so it was distracting and we had a hard time talking to each other. It was Friday night so I guess that was it. Also, our server repeated back my order the opposite of what I said. We both found him extremely difficult to understand so we gave up. Loved my salad and my friend LOVED her sliders. The food was great as usual and I will be back soon.

Really liked the menu - if you're in the mood for fish, head here! Good service with a smile and nice attention to detail. A little wait to order and to be served but typical for a weekend. Nice experience and will keep it in mind when in the neighborhood!

The food I had here was amazing. I never had calamari with salad dressing before but I loved it. I wonder why I never heard about this place before. I highly recommend people try this place out if they are in the mood for sea food. I may order some food from there again sometime. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ all around.

We really enjoyed our time at Pacific Catch. Our waiter (Cabby) recommended a new dish - macadamia crusted sea bass, with coconut turmeric sauce, corn arugula salad, and Okinawan sweet potato. The flavors were quite sweet, but not to overpowering with sweetness. Complex and delicious! My wife had kanpachi with an Asian style chimichurri sauce, broccolini, and green beans. It was also fantastic! Earthy, more savory than sweet. The white tiger device was also very good - generous portions of fish for a starter. Service was excellent, and Ryan and Cabby were excellent and quite personable. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend this location!

You wouldn't expect it, but this fish restaurant has the best tofu dishes! On any of the bowls you can sub tofu, and they will cook it perfectly to match the style of the bowl. On the West Coast style, it's a crisp chicken-like flavor (I had to double check that it wasn't actually chicken); on the Mexican grill it's strongly seasoned; and on the Hawaiian teriyaki bowl it's a softer texture that pairs perfectly with the sushi rice. Vegetarians and vegans: don't overlook this fish house.
Pacific Catch has become our go-to spot for multigenerational gatherings, since there's something for everyone.

Food was very good! Would've been excellent if the Salmon I asked to be cooked medium rare had not been cooked, medium. Still tasted wonderful, just a bit drier than I like. Mashed potatoes was very hot at first but both it and the grilled asparagus tasted great. My wife loved the Salmon bowl she ordered. And the service was excellent.
