The cocktails served here are amazing. I had a classic Espresso Martini, which was small, and good. Followed by a Leward Negroni. This one is made with a coconut washed bitter aperitivo, and the coconut just adds a genuine hint of exoticism to this otherwise also classical drink. This choice puts the bar to the upscaled cocktail bars in San Francisco, and the “Leward Negroni” is highly recommended. I followed with a “Chocolate Milk Wasted”, a variation of an Old Fashioned, derived from the ingenious Negroni. That one was good, but complicated with a rooibos malted milk washed bitter aperitivo. The bartenders are very experienced and nicely explain a cocktail. Definitely a recommendation when in the Bay Area.

As a pandan craver, the Leeward Negroni was incredible. The pandan aftertaste on the out breath lasted for ages and tasted a bit like a savory pandan cake. Highly recommend. Tuk tuk tea was lovely and creamy too. Cocktails are generally $18 a pop.

I stopped in last night with an old friend and had a magnificent experience. The bartender was really a mixologist and you could see the care she put in to making the drinks. There was no flair, just care. I felt like I was being well taken care of, an experience that just doesn't happen these days.The drinks were well crafted and opened my taste buds to flavors I normally wouldn't consider for a drink. The glassware was second to none, there were specialty glasses that I had never seen before and the bourbon list hit every checkbox you would want.Impressive

Please teach your waiters how to talk to people properly. There was a girl serving us who seemed to be alone in the entire bar, stressed and rude. We’ve been waiting for cocktails and wanted to grab chairs, she stopped us saying “you should have asked”. That’s not how you talk to clients. After waiting for cocktails for some time with no update, we asked her again, she said “we have only 2 bartenders and they are busy”. I don’t care how many bartenders you have and I don’t need this information. also why you’d have 2 bartenders only on a Saturday night? Cocktails are good though

Jonathan is the best. He made me the best martini I ever had so far, which is a lot to say. Hands down to Jonathan. Also best presentation of a martini. Good hospitality by the staff. Deftly coming back when I’m in San Francisco. ❤️❤️

Met a friend for a cocktail at Happy hour. They have a Malfy Highball. Malfy is a gin that I love and have looked all over the city for. Only one other place in SF has it. Who puts their best stuff on their happy hour menu? They do! And a different glass for each drink. Having cocktails? Go there.

While the setting exudes a hint of tiki allure, it falls just shy of fully immersing patrons in an authentic tiki experience. The drinks, though generally commendable, flirt with greatness but miss the mark on a couple of occasions. Despite this, a visit to Pacific Cocktail Haven is still well worth it for the discerning cocktail enthusiast. However, for those seeking a truly immersive San Francisco tiki adventure, it might be best to explore other options.
Was there Thursday night around 7pm - front door was shut. Staff were inside and lights on. Tried to get someones attention - no one answered. Now its completely understandable if there is a private event or something else going on that they needed to shut it during open hours whats NOT understandable: why not just post a simple notice up front to communicate this or why ignore people when a simple explanation would clear the air.

I can't speak for the rest of the year but the Christmas kitch in December had us grinning and snapping photos. The annoying $10 cover charge may be warranted but imo it should have come with a coupon for $10 off our drink. Speaking of drinks, they came in cute thematic mugs and were delicious if small.Parking: Good luck finding parking.

Their drinks are not too bad but I don’t think PCH should be considered as a top 50 bars in North America. Mixing different public-available alcohol and trying to add multiple ingredients are not real talents. There are many good ones out there, what are the criteria for them to judge?

Went there for the first time past week. Nice bar, but overcrowded and BEWARE of the final bill. Tried to overcharge us which is not nice, especially for a bar. The guy with the mustache brought the bill.It was overcrowded, but that doesn’t justify the staff not being nice. Btw, the cocktails were good.

Came through for the miracle pop up. Make sure you get there early if you want a seat!We were served by an absolutely amazing woman named Gigi. It was absolutely slammed and she still took time to give absolutely everybody care and attention. Truly I don't know how she did it with how busy it was. She was checking in constantly, we never had to wait long to place an order or have our table bussed. She was pointing out seats for people right when they opened up to make sure the people who had been waiting for a long time had a chance to sit down. She was moving so fast and had a smile on her face and a amazing attitude the whole time. Truly it was a pleasure! Her service was amazing!!Special shoutout to the bartender lane who was busting it out and still giving attentive service as well! He really killed it out there and the drinks were absolutely amazing. He was flying back there behind the bar! The whole staff was a dream team but lane and gigi were real standouts.Thank you guys so much for a great night!
